摘要： PURPOSE:To provide good visibility in an angle range having a specified width vertically in a horizontal direction by inclining a liquid crystal display device at a specified angle with a printed wiring board and mounting the device on the wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A mounting part 3 having nearly triangle side plates 3c, 3d is provided at both ends of an inclined plate 3b having a window 3a. The liquid crystal display device 1 disposed with an electrode 1a at the end edge is installed to the inner side of the inclined plate 3b toward the window 3a and the mounting member 3 is so mounted that the respective end edges, on one side, of the side plates 3c, 3d, come into contact with one surface of the printed wiring board 2. Conductive rubber 4 is interposed between the end edge provided with the electrode 1a of the liquid crystal display device 1 and the printed wiring board 2. The liquid crystal display device 1 is not perpendicular but is inclined when the printed wiring board 2 is disposed perpendicular in this way and, therefore, the display device having the good visibility is obtd. over a relatively wide angle range from nearly the horizontal direction when used for the gas meter.

摘要： PURPOSE:To measure a flow rate stably by forming a hole in the main body of a rotary body, and fitting balls which abut on bearings fixed on the upstream and downstream sides of the main body in the hole. CONSTITUTION:When gas is fed in a flow passage 1 as shown by an arrow, the gas flows to the downstream side after passing blades 3c of the rotary body 2. The body 2 rotates at a rotating speed proportional to the flow rate in the flow passage 1. In the body 2, a shaft 4 is formed by insertion molding, so the strength of the shaft part is high and the balls 5a and 5b abut on recessed parts to obtain high concentricity with the shaft 4. Further, a metallic shaft 4 is formed in the body 2 by insertion molding, so upstream and downstream cones 8 and 9 which have the shaft part of the body 2 and pivot shafts 6 and 7 are nearly equal in coefficient of linear expansion. Therefore, the body 2 rotates stably without being affected by temperature variation. The rotating speed of the body 2 is detected by a pickup 15 as a magnet 16 passes and supplied to a flow rate indication part through an amplifier, and the speed is converted into the flow rate.

CONSTITUTION:A turbine wheel 3 rotating with a rotating shaft 6 in accordance with the flow rate of a fluid to be measured, bearings 9 and 10 bearing the rotating shaft 6 pivotally, cone members 11 and 16 provided on the upstream and downstream sides of the turbine wheel 3, and a hub 4 of the wheel 3 opposite to the member 11, are provided. In addition, an annular recessed part 4b formed around the rotating shaft 6, and a projection element 11b which projects from the member 11 into the recessed part 4b to be positioned in proximity to the part 4b with a minute gap from the inner wall of this part so that the fluid flowing into th recessed part 4b be made to stay around the rotating shaft 6, are provided. An extraneous substance is made to stay by said projection element 11b and to be deposited on this element 11b, and thereby the extraneous substance can be prevented from sticking onto the rotating shaft 6 and the bearing 9 and 10.

CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a rod member having a predetermined outer diameter and length are cut in nearly half-sphericity and its ends 9a, 9b are heated so as to be in a melting condition for forming spherical bearing portions 9c, 9d having throttled portions 9a', 9b' and a diameter approximately equal to the shaft diameter of a rotary shaft 9 by surface tension. Accordingly, the top end portion and the side portion are spherical so that eccentric wear is prevented and wear resistance can be improved without any special heat treatment and a manufacturing cost can be reduced.
