    • PURPOSE:To adjust the level of a square, especially rectangular cover part at a time when a manhole beneath the road is constructed. CONSTITUTION:When height of a square manhole cover part is adjusted, a cover frame is adjusted up and down in relation to an upper concrete block of a manhole, and an outer frame and an inner frame 23 consisting of a urethane foam sheet each are installed along this upper concrete block and both outer and inner circumferential surfaces of the cover frame. This outer frame is clamped by a clamping band, and in the inner frame, there are provided a keep band and a clamping jig 31, respectively. This clamping jig 31 has a square metal band frame 32 added with a cushion material at the outside, and in four corners of this metal band frame, there are four tension mechanisms 34 tensing each of corner parts and straight line parts of the band frame, and this band frame is made into a state of being tensed by this tension mechanism. In succession, mortar or the like is charged in an interval between both these outer and inner frames and after the mortar or the like is solidified, the tension mechanism is loosened to sane extent, bending or curving the straight line part of the band frame 32 inward, thus the clamping jig is removed away.

    • PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency in repairing by applying firstly a resinous coated film to a supply pipe, then lining the supply pipe with a putty resin, and lining a dust with the resin discharged into the duct by a pig pulling method in repairing the inner surface of the duct and its supply pipe.
      CONSTITUTION: A resin is firstly blown into each supply pipe 2 branched from a duct 1 by the low positive-pressure air current from a blower 53 with a repairing means to form a coated film. A putty resin C is secondly forced and injected into the supply pipe 2, and the injection is stopped when the resin reaches the inside of the duct 1. Then the putty resin C is thirdly extruded to the duct 1 side by blowing compressed air into the supply pipe 2 to form a thick film of the putty resin C on the primary lining of the pipe 2. Then finally and fourthly, the inside of the duct 1 is repaired by using the added putty resin C and the resin C from the pipe 2, and pulling and moving a pig 6.

    • PURPOSE:To apply lining to the inner surface of the supply pipe branched from a conduit in a non-excavated state by calculating the necessary amount of a resin from the inner diameter of the supply pipe to be repaired to inject the resin in a meter erected pipe 3 from the opening part above the ground thereof in a plug form and subsequently supplying compressed gas in the pipe under pressure. CONSTITUTION:The necessary amount of a resin is calculated from the inner diameter and length of a supply pipe 2 to be repaired and the thickness of a film and injected in the meter erected pipe 3 connected to the terminal of the supply pipe 2 by a required amount in a plug shape from the opening part above the ground thereof. Thereafter, compressed gas is supplied to the rear of the resin plug under pressure. Whereupon, the plug flows and advances through the pipe toward a conduit 1 by the pressure difference generated between the front and rear of the resin plug and, therefore, a resin film is formed to the inner surface of the pipe after passage. At this time, compressed gas is allowed to correspond to the amount of the resin plug by a control apparatus 15 to be adjusted in its supply pressure.
