摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize complete connection between preceding and subsequent elements, when the end faces of the preceding element are not vertical, by arranging a reinforcing bar cage with the shape of end portion coincided with a non-vertical end face of the excavated channel located close to the non-vertical end face of the channel. SOLUTION: A reinforced bar cage 4 with the end face deformed is shorter than the length of a non-vertical end face channel 1 and is constituted by forming the shape of end portion to a deformed end face 5 coincided with the shape of non-vertical end face channel 2 of the channel 1. In the case of construction work, the cage 4 is suspended and lowered to the inside of the channel 1 while separating the end faces 2 and 5 to a distance permitting no contact between them, then the cage 4 is moved in parallel and the end face 5 is moved close to the end face 2. Next, a rectangular reinforcing bar cage is suspended down to a space from which the cage 4 has been moved, and the preceding element A, cage 4 and rectangular reinforcing bar cage are connected together through joint members. Next, concrete is poured in the channel 1 and a continuos underground wall is formed. By doing this, the preceding and subsequent elements can be completely connected together in one united body even through the situation is so bad that previously no counter-measure was possible.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of concrete outflow prevention sheets by placing oppositely on excavated surfaces for reinforcing bar cage when erecting the cage in an excavated channel and by erecting the sheets in a state pulled close to the side of reinforcing bar cage. SOLUTION: A concrete outflow prevention sheets 2 are attached between end portions 12 of partition boards 11 at both ends at both sides of a reinforcing bar cage 1, and the sheets 2 are pulled to the inner side of the cage 1 by using rubber rope 21 or the like. Next, the cage 1 attached with the sheets 2 is inserted to the excavated channel 4. At that time, the sheet 2 is pulled by a rope 21 to the inner side of the cage 1, so that the sheet will not cut or have holes punched by pinching between tone channel 4 and the cage 1. Next, the rubber ropes 21 are cut, concrete is poured inside the sheets 2, the cage 1 is placed adjacently, the process for coupling the partition 11 is repeated and the underground continuous wall is constructed. By doing this, the outflow of concrete from a broken hole in the sheet to the excavated channel can be prevented and the erection of other adjacent reinforcing bar cages can be performed without any disturbance.

SOLUTION: Posts 1 projecting arms 12 at plural steps preliminarily putting horizontal reinforcement 21 in the reinforcing cage, are stood on the peripheral surface of a tubular body so as to be rotatable while centering the axial line, and arranged at two lines along both surfaces of the outer shape of constructing scheduled reinforcing cage. The horizontal reinforcement 21 group is preliminarily put to each arm in the condition of mutually facing each arm 12 of the faced parts interposing the reinforcing cage. Reinforcement to shearing and vertical reinforcement groups are connected with the horizontal reinforcement group, and after manufacturing the reinforcing cage, the posts 1 are rotated to swingly shift the arms 12 to the outside of the reinforcing cage and the engagement of the reinforcing cage with the arms is released, and the reinforcing cage is hung upward with a hanging device. Further, the build up jig for the reinforcing cage is composed of a crossing clamp for holding the crossing part between the horizontal reinforcement and the vertical reinforcement in the reinforcing cage and a space holding clamp for holding both of the vertical reinforcements.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to make a tank roof on the spot and place the roof on the top of an underground tank main body as it is while keeping the shape of the roof to be flat and the height to be approximately 1-2m by a method wherein beam members made of reinforced concrete are arranged into a grille shape, and at the same time, reinforced concrete plates are placed between the beam members to constitute a flat shaped self-standing roof, and this roof is attached to an underground tank. CONSTITUTION:For a roof 2, roof beams 3 are assembled into a grille shape using a reinforced concrete material (or prestressed concrete material), and between the roof beams 3, reinforced concrete plates 4 are installed. In the case of a normal underground tank, the diameter of the roof 2 reaches 60-70m, and therefore, the roof 2 is manufactured at a place close to an underground tank main body 1. For this reason, in the place of the reinforced concrete plate 4, raw concrete may be poured between the roof beams 3 on the spot, to manufacture the roof 2. The roof 2 manufactured in such a manner is moved and placed on the top of the underground tank main body 1 using a moving device, to complete the underground tank.
