    • PURPOSE:To perform reliable engagement with a tool holding part on the tool side by forming a recessed part in the tool grasping part on the tool side, arranging a stopper, energized through a spring, on a tool insertion part on the machine side, and engaging and disengaging a stopper with and from the recessed part in linkage with operation of a handle. CONSTITUTION:A tool grasping part 33 on the tool side is inserted in a tool insertion part 11b and a handle 20 is rotated to a lock position in a counterclockwise direction. Approximately a half of a claw 20a is pulled off from a position below the claw 17a of a stopper 17, the stopper 17 is pressed down through the force of a spring 18, and a tip 17d' is engaged with the groove 33b of the tool grasping part 33. When the handle 20 is further rotated, the claw 17a of the stopper 17 is completely moved backward to perform complete locking. Simultaneously, a spring 25 is deformed in an expansion direction through operation pf a cam shaft 12 interlocked with the handle 20, and the tool grasping part 33 is forced into a pressure contact state by the claws 13a and 14a of lock levers 13 and 14 to effect locking.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an electric wire biding tool wherein a binding wire is wound around a plurality of electric wires while being tightened, and both ends of the binding wire are crossed and twisted for binding by providing a rotor, a driving means for the rotor, a winding drum and a twisting means. CONSTITUTION:A gripping part 11 of a tool 10 is fitted on a manipulator, and after a binding wire 4 is wound in the groove by a specified number of times by removing a drum 25, the drum 25 is fitted on again, and the starting end of the binding wire 4 is fastened to a twister 50. Then, wires 1 and PD wire (connecting wire for branching) 2 are taken into a rotor 17, and the rotor 17 is rotated by a driving mechanism in a main body 12. Accompanying with the rotation of the rotor 17, the drum 25 revolves around the electric wires 1, 2 while being rotating, and the binding wire 4 is wound around the electric wires 1, 2. The drum 25 rotates while an appropriate damping force is being added, and can wind the binding wire 4 around the electric wires 1 2 while tightening it. After the winding of the binding wire 4 is completed, the final end of the binding wire 4 is taken into a claw 50a of the twister 50, and both ends of the binding wire 4 are crossed and twisted by a twisting mechanism 14 to fix the binding wire 4.

CONSTITUTION:A follow-up mechanism for a tool comprises an oscillating shaft 12 which is located between a grip 11, securely mounted on the manipulator of a tool operated by the manipulator, and a body 17 attached to the grip 11 and through which the body is rotatably supported to the grip 11; an oblong 12b formed in an end face on the grip 11 side; a stopper pin 40 having an upper part filled in an opposite end face on the body side and loosely fitted in an oblong hole; and a pair of springs arranged in the oblong hole in a compression state on both sides of the stopper pin 40. The body is held at a given angle with the grip 11 through the force of a spring. When the body 17 is brought into contact with an object to be contacted, the body is oscillated against a spring force according to inclination of the object to be contacted and brought into parallel contact with the object to be contacted.

    • PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of connection work with a robot with provision of a clamp which may be removably engaged between each connection cable of a construction switch and a power distribution cable on the occasion of temporarily mounting the switch body, on a pole, provided with a plurality of connection cables at both sides. CONSTITUTION:A switch for construction work 20 is provided previously on the ground with holding devices 30 at both sides thereof through engaging devices 32, while a connecting cable 28 is held by a clamp hanger 33 of the holding device 30 through a clamp 70 and is then temporarily provided on an arm 2 of the pole 1 with a hanging arm 21. Each clamp 70 is removed from a clamp hanger 33 with a manipulator of the robot, shifted to each power distribution cable and a coupling connector 83 is connected with each power distribution cable. After completion of the construction for power distribution, the switch 20 is removed from the pole 1. In view of previously holding the connection cable 28 with the switch 20, the connection cable 28 does not droop at the time of mounting the switch 20 on the pole 1 and thereby the moving range of manipulator can be limited to a small area during use of the working robot.
