CONSTITUTION:When output signals a1-an of(n) pieces of sound detecting elements are supplied to a signal selector 2 as the input, and an external signal(c)is supplied to an ROM1 whose signal ratio of input//output is 1:1, a signal (d) is read, and, based on the content of the signal (d), a part signals b1-bm out of the signals a1-an are recorded in a recording device 3. Therefore, it is possible to correlate contents 1 -n of the input signal (c) to the ROM1 with detect channels for loose parts, and to selectively record signals from sound detecting elements near the loose parts in accordance with the detected channels for loose parts.

The pulses generated at the rise and fall of input pulses are inputted to a monostable multivibrator (multi) 8, and the output from the multi 8 is applied to generators 9, 10. The pulse at the rise from the generator 9 is delayed 13 by the pulse time width of the multi 8 and is used as a start pulse for a clock device 11. The pulse at the fall from the generator 10 is used as a stop pulse for the device 11. The output of the device 11 is supplied to a decision circuit 12, by which it is compared with a set count value and when it is larger than said value, it is decided as an impact signal.
