    • PURPOSE:To improve visibility of the surface of a control film even in the daytime by forming a light reflecting layer, a light absorbing layer and a light transmitting layer side by side through light absorbing partition walls in each area divided by the light absorbing partition walls of the light absorbing layer constituted of the light absorbing partition walls of a specified pattern. CONSTITUTION:Light absorbing layers 2, i.e. light absorbing partition walls 2a, are constituted as the pattern of parallel layers at fixed intervals, that is, a banded pattern. Light reflecting layers 3 and light transmitting layers 1 are formed side by side through the light absorbing partition walls 2a in each area divided by the light absorbing partition walls 2a of the banded pattern. Light L0 emitted form a light source nearly parallel to each light absorbing partition 2a passes through the transmitting layer 1 and arrives to the front. On the other hand, in the daytime, external light L' is reflected by the surface of the light reflecting layer 3 and makes the whole light control film light. Thus, the display face by the light control film is visible clearly even in the daytime.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable cooler box to cool or warm a content and a heating function or a cooling function. SOLUTION: A cooler box 1 comprises a box type casing 2 having an opening 1a, and a cover 3. The cover 3 is mounted on the casing 2 through hinges 4. The material of the casing 2 is foamed plastic having low thermal conductivity and a high strength. The material of the cover 3 is plastic or a metal, being high in thermal conductivity and a strength. A thermoelectric element 5 having a Peltier effect is attached to the inner side of the cover 3. A controller 6 is attached to the side of the casing 2. The thermoelectric element 5 and the controller 6 are connected together through a wiring 7 embedded in the side wall of the casing 2. A source switch 11, a source connector 12, and a temperature set switch 17 are attached to the controlled 6. A cable 14 to which a plug 13 connected to the cigar socket of an automobile is attached is connected to the source connector 12.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the incidence of the reflected light of external light on operator's eyes by fixing and disposing light shielding partition layers over the entire surface on one side of transparent layers and forming the surfaces of the transparent layers in light transmission parts in such a manner that said surfaces intersect diagonally with the side walls of the light transparent parts at a prescribed steep angle. CONSTITUTION:A light control film 1 is constituted of the transparent layers 2 and the light shielding partition layers 3 and the light shielding partition layers 3 are fixed and disposed over the entire surface on one side of the transparent layers 2. The light shielding partition layers 3 are made of a photosensitive resin or metal product subjected to etching, etc. the entire surface thereof is subjected to a light absorption treatment such as coating of a light absorbent thereto. The surfaces 4 of the transparent layers 2 in the light transmission parts 6 are so formed as to intersect diagonally with the side walls 5 of the light transmission parts at the prescribed steep angle theta. The light from an optical display part enters the light transmission parts 6 but only the light approximately parallel with the light transmission parts 6 is selectively transmitted therethrough and the diagonal light beams L1, L2 except said light are absorbed by the light shielding partition layers 3 and only the parallel light L0 is transmitted to the view point side. The light is thus controlled. The external light reflection areas are thereby deviated to the outside from the visible range and are prevented from entering the eyes.
