摘要： Window edge molding for a motor vehicle, installed along a gap between a window opening edge of a vehicle body panel and an outer peripheral edge portion of a window plate that is installed in the window opening. The window edge molding for a motor vehicle has a molding main body portion installed on the outer peripheral edge portion of the window plate, a shielding lip portion for shielding the gap from the vehicle exterior side with the window edge molding being installed in the gap of the vehicle body panel, and a fold back lip portion that is folded back at a free end portion of the shielding lip portion and is brought into elastic contact with the outer face of the vehicle body panel. In the area where the shielding lip portion and the fold back lip portion lap over each other, adhesion preventing means for preventing the reverse face of the shielding lip portion and that of the fold back lip portion from adhering to each other is provided on at least one of the reverse faces.

SOLUTION: A vehicle window edge molding M 1 is fitted along a space 1 between a window opening edge 24 of a vehicle body panel B and an outer peripheral edge part 11 of a window glass G disposed in a window opening 21. The molding M 1 comprises a molding body portion 30 attached to the outer peripheral edge part 11 of the window glass G, a shielding lip part 40 which is integrally protruded from the molding body portion 30 toward the side of the vehicle body panel B to shield the space 1 from the vehicle outer side with the window edge molding M 1 fitted to the space of the vehicle body panel B, and a folded lip part 50 which is integrally formed inwardly from the side of a free end part 42 of the shielded lip part 40 in a folded manner, and brought into elastic contact with an outer side of the vehicle body panel B. 摘要： The weatherstrip 1 comprises a hollow seal part 3 with a thicker base part 2 and a barrel part 5 integrally formed with the base part and seal part. The width of the barrel part is thinner than that of the base part and seal part. The seal part 3 is in elastic contact with an opening end of a roof panel 14. The base part is received in a recess 10 within a holder 9 associated with the roof glass 15, thus allowing the weatherstrip 1 to form a seal between the roof glass and the roof panel. The base part 2 may comprise a hook part 13 which protrudes from a lower end of the base part. A continuous angle r between the seal part 3 and the upper surface 6 and lower surface 7 of the barrel part 5 is set at no more than 90 degrees, and the upper and lower surfaces 6,7 diverge away from each other towards the base part 2.

摘要： There is provided a weather strip for use on a sunroof which can be firmly built in a seal holder even if there occur variations in molding dimensions. The weather strip comprises a thicker base part which is engaged in a built-in recess of the seal holder fixed to a roof glass, a hollow seal part which elastically contacts a roof panel, and a thinner barrel part which is integrally formed between the thicker base part and the hollow seal part and is clamped by an upper protrusion part and a lower protrusion part which are formed in the built-in recess to protrude therein, wherein a continuous angle between an upper surface of the thinner barrel part and the hollow seal part and that between a lower surface of the thinner barrel part and the hollow seal part are set 90° respectively, and an ascent slope is formed on the upper surface of the thinner barrel part and ascends aslant from the hollow seal part toward the thicker base part, and a descent slope is formed on the lower surface of the thinner barrel part and descends aslant from the hollow seal part toward the thicker base part.
