Dividing portions 140, 141, 142 having different thicknesses are continuously provided at the belt 14.

The lamp 129 is flash-emitted by a controller 15 at a predetermined timing based on a detection signal of the sensor 126. Thus, a predetermined region L of the carrier S is irradiated with the flash light for the image I to be completely dried in a short time.
