摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect hot air generator which can generate high temperature hot air stably and can be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: The indirect hot air generator comprises a combustion section 10, a heat transfer tube 11 covering it, and a heat exchanging section 12 arranged to introduce and deliver gas to be heated outward. Combustion heat generated from the combustion section 10 is transmitted through the heat transfer tube 11 to the heat exchanging section 12 in order to heat the gas to be heated passing through the heat exchanging section 12. The heat transfer tube 11 has straight surface and a heat storage burner 15 is provided at one or both end of the combustion section 10.

A water-cooling means 71 for water-cooling the O-ring 6 is arranged to at least one side of the flange 21 of the radiant tube and the furnace flange 111 of the vacuum furnace.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in the content of NOx in an exhaust gas and a saved energy and a lower cost by interposing a recirculation path to recirculate a part of the exhaust gas being mixed with air between an exhaust path and an air blower in the apparatus in which air is supplied to a burner on the combustion side via a heat storage body from the air blower. SOLUTION: A burner 2 and a heat storage body 15 are arranged respectively at both ends of a U-shaped radiant tube 1 so arranged to be inserted into a heating furnace 10. In combustion with one burner 2, the combustion by the other burner 2 is stopped and an exhaust gas discharged from the radiant tube 1 is discharged from an exhaust path 45 through a heat storage body 15 while air for combustion is supplied to the burner 2 on the combustion side by an air blower 3 through the heat storage body 15. In this process, a recirculation path 451 is interposed between the exhaust path 45 and the air blower 3 to recirculate a part of the exhaust gas being mixed with air for combustion. This enables recirculating of part of the exhaust gas to the air blower 3 thereby enabling reduction in the content of the NOx in the exhaust gas.

The ring-like packing 4 is kept compressed in an axial direction.

摘要： A hydrocarbon gas to be decomposed, optionally mixed with water vapor, is allowed to flow through the gap between various porous tubes 4 constituting a group of porous tubes provided extending vertically in a decomposition reaction column 1 while air or oxygen is jetted homogeneously from the interior to the exterior of the porous tubes in the direction perpendicular to the stream of the hydrocarbon gas to be decomposed, optionally mixed with water vapor. The mixture is then ignited to form a diffusion flame layer B on the outer surface of the porous tubes 4. With the diffusion flame layer as a heat source, the hydrocarbon gas to be decomposed, optionally mixed with water vapor, undergoes pyrolysis.
