    • PURPOSE:To heat-treat a metallic material in a nonoxidation atmosphere and to maintain a specified temp. and fluid state by using a natural gas for a fluidizing gas and providing means for causing partial combustion and regulating the temp. and pressure of a fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:The natural gas and air from tanks 12, 11 are mixed at a prescribed ratio and are sent via a fluidizing gas control valve 2 to a dispersion chamber 922 where the gaseous mixture is ejected from ejection holes 921 of a dispersion plate 92 to fluidize the fluidized bed 94 and to cause the partial combustion thereof. The above mentioned fluidizing gas is partly fed via a pipe 15 into a radiant tube 3 where the gas is partially burnt to heat the fluidized bed 94. The exhaust gas thereof is sent via an exhaust gas control valve 4 to the dispersion chamber 922. The temp. of the fluidizing gas in the fluidized bed 94 is kept detected at all times and the flow rate of the gas is regulated via a fluidizing gas control valve. The pressure of the fluidizing gas in the dispersion chamber 922 is kept detected at all times by a sensor 45 and is kept at a prescribed pressure via the exhaust gas control valve 4. The generation of oxide scale on the surface of the steel product 88 is prevented in this way and the fluidized bed 94 is maintained in the optimum state.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently heat materials to be heated and to prevent the generation of skid marks by providing means tor sending the exhaust gas used in the fluidized bed heating furnace to an adjacent preheating furnace and changing the positions of the materials to be heated in this heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:The preheating furnace 1 is installed adjacently via a heat insulating wall 9 to the wall surface on one side of the fluidized bed heating furnace 2 and the materials 5 to be heated are continuously charged from the preheating furnace 1 via a ventilation hole 10 into the heating furnace 2. The materials 5 are successively transported in a direction E by stationary walking beams 6A and movable walking beams 6B in the beating furnace 2 and are subjected to the heating treatment by burners 42 provided at several points. The hot gas of the heating furnace 2 flows in a direction H at this time and enters the preheating furnace 1 via the ventilation hole 10 to preheat the materials 5. A pusher 33 is provided, via an insertion hole 22, on the side wall surface 21 of the heating furnace 2, which surface faces the side wall surface 9 adjacent to the preheating furnace 1 so that the materials 5 can be changed in position by slightly pushing the material in a direction P. The thermal efficiency is improved in this way and the generation of the skid marks in the materials 5 is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To subject a metallic material to a nonoxidation heat treatment and to save electric power by using gaseous fuel and the exhaust combustion gas of an internal combustion engine as the fluidizing gas to be fed into the fluidized bed of the fluidized bed furnace for heat treating the metallic material. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a furnace body 90 is preheated by an upper burner 93 to cause combustion in the combustion chamber 12 of a gas turbine 1. The exhaust combustion gas thereof is ejected to the gas turbine 15 to rotate the turbine 15. The exhaust combustion gas discharged from the turbine 15 is supplied via a pipe 16 to the lower part of a dispersion plate 92 below the furnace body 90 and the gaseous fuel (LNG) is supplied via a gas pipe 86. The gaseous mixture formed in such a manner is ejected as the fluidizing gas from dispersion holes 921 of a dispersion plate 92 to suspend and fluidize the fluid powder and to form the fluidized bed layer 94. The gaseous mixture burns to attain the oxygen free state. A steel product 88 which is the object to be heat-treated is continuously supplied into the high-temp. fluidized bed 94 in the oxygen free state and is heat-treated. The steel product 88 is subjected to the nonoxidation heat treatment in this way and the less gaseous fuel for the fluidizing gas is necessitate. The use of a blower for feeding the fluidizing gas is eliminated.
