摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace for metallic material which saves the consuming energy and has a compact size. SOLUTION: This heating furnace is composed of a furnace body 11 for holding the high temp. by spouting flame, plural ceramic-made tubes 12 having a hollow part and penetrately arranged in the furnace 11 and passing the metallic material 8 to be heated and heat storage type burners 2 having a combustor 21 for spouting the flame and a heat storage body 22. In the first heat storage type burner, the heated air for combustion is supplied into the combustor 21 through the heat storage body 22, and in the second heat storage type burner, the exhausting of the combustion exhaust gas is executed through the heat storage body to store the heat in the heat storage body. After passing a prescribed time, the change-over of the introduction of the air for combustion and the combustion exhaust gas is executed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influence on other tubes even when the tube made of ceramic is damaged, by providing plural tubes made of the ceramic in a furnace body in a position lower than a burner, pushing a metallic material in the hollow part of the tube, rotating while swinging the furnace body, and heating the metallic material. SOLUTION: Plural tubes 2 made of the ceramic are provided in the furnace body 11 under the regenerative burner 4. After pushing the metallic material in the hollow part of the tube 2 by a pusher from a feeding part 21, the metallic material is heated. The tubes 2 are arranged in concentric circle positions to the center 10 of the swing. Plural guide pins 12 are arranged in the concentric circle positions to the center 10 in the furnace body 11. By engaging an advanceable and retreatable engaging part 33 with the guide pin 12, and by moving a slide plate 32 back and forth, the furnace body 11 is swung through the engaging part 33 and the guide pin 12. The metallic material after heating is pushed outside the tube 2 from the opposite side of the feeding part 21. Even when the tube 2 is broken, it is directly dropped on the bottom part of the furnace body 11, and the other tubes 2 are not affected by it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the leak of flow control valves in a short time by controlling the flow control valves into the full closed state and judging it leak when the detection value of a flow sensor arranged in the upstream side of a flow than the flow control valves is larger than the prescribed leak detection reference value. SOLUTION: A first fuel control valve 4, a second fuel control valve 5, and a ball valve 9 are controlled into the full closed states by a leak judgment controller 14. The leak judgment device 14 obtains the detection value of a flow sensor 13 to judge whether the flow value is larger than a prescribed detection reference value. When the detection flow value is larger than the leak detection reference value, it is so judged that either the first fuel control valve 4 or the second fuel control valve 5 is leaked. This constitution can eliminate such a restriction as not judging the leak except for the timing after elapsing a prescribed time so as to detect the leak in a short time.

When the minimum sensitive flow rate is represented by Q, the gas concentration of 1/5 of the explosion lower limit concentration in a furnace of a furnace body 2 is represented by C, if gas flow rate is detected in the state that four electromagnetic valves are closed, it is judged that gas is leaked, and gas leakage is checked. If gas flow rate is not detected, when the state is Q.T V.C, pre-purge is performed, and the concentration of gas in the furnace 2 is controlled to C or less.

The heat storage units 16B, 16C after the front stage are obtained by forming cordierite into a honeycomb shape. Particularly, the front stage heat storage unit 16A is one obtained by forming aluminum titanate into foam.

The valve seat is separately attached to the valve body 14 as a valve seat unit 13 formed with a valve seat plane part 13b on its upper face, the valve seat unit 13 is constituted of a metal having an approximately same average linear expansion coefficient as that of the valve body 14, the valve element 11 is provided with an elastic ring 12 abutting on the valve seat plane part 13b and a valve element plane part 11a for holding the elastic ring 12, and, when the elastic ring 12 is destroyed by fire, the valve element plane part 11a abuts on the valve seat plane part 13b so as to cut off the fuel gas.
