摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the waste treating device which can yield the treated products of powder and granular materials free from lumps by efficiently agitating and heating waste, such as crude refuse. Cutting blades are provided at screws 13a, b of the screw conveyors 13 and the parts varying in screw directions are coaxially provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heater that can improve the heat exchanger effectiveness of exhaust pipes arranged in a liquid tank and ensure sufficient thermal efficiency of the device itself, and can decrease the exhaust temperature. SOLUTION: This liquid heater is so designed that a combustion chamber provided with a burner is delimited on one side under a liquid tank, that cylindrical exhaust pipes with sidewalls substantially perpendicular at least to the transverse are arranged in a substantially parallel relation in the liquid tank from one to the other side thereof, and that combustion gas in the combustion chamber is passed through the exhaust pipes to heat liquid in the liquid tank. Each internal sidewall surface of each exhaust pipe is fixedly equipped with fins each with slits substantially horizontally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and each fin has a combustion gas guide means for directing down the combustion gas flowing in the exhaust pipe as it flows downstream. The combustion gas guide means is formed by fin sidewall portions, for example, projecting substantially horizontally and inclined down in the downstream direction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for steaming and cooking a dish, capable of efficiently steaming the dish in a short time at a lower temperature than the boiling temperature (100 deg.C) of water contained in the food material. SOLUTION: This method for steaming and cooking the dish comprises supplying steam into a steaming chamber and simultaneously steaming the food material at a cooling temperature of 60-92 deg.C in the steaming chamber. Therein, the inside of the steaming chamber is preliminarily heated so that the inner temperature of the steaming chamber is higher than the cooking temperature but not higher than a temperature comprising the cooking temperature +20 deg.C, and subsequently the preliminary heating temperature is switched to the cooking temperature, before a temperature difference between the surface temperature of the food material heated by the preliminary heating and the cooking temperature becomes equal to a temperature difference between the preliminary heating temperature and the cooking temperature.

Therefore, a ventilation space is formed above the partition wall 11, and the protruding base end part 111b is formed integrally in sequence to the reinforcing ribs 15.
