      SOLUTION: The jib device for the winch of the high lift work vehicle comprises a regulating means 46 regulating operation for attaching/detaching a winch jib 10 to/from a jib support 7, a boom posture detecting means P detecting a posture of a telescopic boom 3 and outputting a boom posture signal, and a regulation releasing means 40 releasing regulating action of the regulating means 46. Therefore, when height from the ground surface of a bucket 4 is not more than reference height, for example, not more than the height capable of attaching/detaching the winch jib 10 from the ground, the regulation releasing means 40 releases the regulating action by the regulating means 46. On the other hand, when the height is not less than the reference height, for example, when the bucket 4 is on an upper side of a driving chamber and the winch jib 10 cannot be attached/detached from the ground, the regulating action by the regulating means 46 functions to regulate the attaching/detaching operation of the winch jib 10, and safety in attaching/detaching of the jib support 7 of the winch jib 10 is ensured.
