Girder members are bridged among the column members 5, the track facility of the above- mentioned railloading line are borne to the above-mentioned girder members, and a space surrounded by the above-mentioned girder members and the column members 5 is excavated up to specified depth while the above-mentioned column members 5 are used for the combination of soldier-pile walls. A tunnel building frame 3 having a tunnel space in the longitudinal direction of the above-mentioned railloading line is constructed into the excavated space, and the track facility 2 is anew constructed into the tunnel space of the tunnel building frame 3. The track facility 2 borne to the above-mentioned column members 5 is removed.

By repeating the same process one after another, the excavated holes A are continuously dug, and thereby a continuous ditch A' in a desired length is formed. Hardening agent 3 is thrown into the continuous ditch A' and before hardening of the same, sheathing materials 4 are continuously inserted and thereby a sheathing wall C is constructed.
