A first blade (18) having a cutting edge (22) is mounted to the housing. A second blade (20) having a cutting edge (24) is mounted to the housing. A bridge member (26) having a pair of spaced apart legs (44, 46) is mounted to the housing immediately between the first blade and the second blade.
