    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a structure reducing a generated industrial-waste junk, preventing the deformation of a reinforcement, the generation of noises and dust and workmen's accident, shortening the term of works and being capable of bonding a diaphragm wall and a member installed to the diaphragm wall by using the reinforcement under a sound state in the case of a wall-head chipping and a structure.
      SOLUTION: An excavating ditch 3 is excavated to a ground, a cage 5 in which a wall-head cap 7 is installed at an upper end, is inserted, and concrete is placed, thus forming the diaphragm wall. The wall-head cap 7c protecting a main reinforcement 11c excepting a lap joint section 39 is mounted on the cage 5c with the lap joint section 39, and the wall-head cap 7d protecting the main reinforcement 11d excepting the lap joint section 39 is fitted in the cage 5d. The diaphragm wall is formed, and the wall-head cap 7 is removed and a section in the vicinity of the upper end of the main reinforcement 11 is exposed. Concrete positioned in the cavity 30 or the like of the wall-head cap 7 is removed, and the diaphragm wall, a footing in an upper section and the structure such as a top slab or the like are connected through the exposed main reinforcement 11.

    • PURPOSE:To absorb reflected waves in many directions in an omnidirectional irregular wave generating facility. CONSTITUTION:The reflected wave incident to the j'th one of individually driven wave generating boards 3 in N pieces is determined by a subtracting means 32 as the difference deltaj (=muj-tauj) between the target water level variation (tauj) to be set for the board in order to generate irregular waves and the observed water level variation (muj) given by a wave height meter 7 on the wave generation surface of the board 3. The velocity muj of reflected wave absorbing motions which the j'th board 3 should make for absorbing reflected waves is calculated by a control means 36 from the difference deltaj corresponding to the reflected wave at the board 3 and the difference deltaj-1 or deltaj+1 corresponding to the reflected wave at least at the adjoining board on one side of the applicable board 3, and the reflected wave absorbing motions are made by this control means 36. For determining the reflective absorbing motion velocity uj of each board 3, it may be accepted that all differences deltaj of boards 3 in N pieces are used or that the difference deltaj of the board 3 and differences deltaj-1 and deltaj+1 of the adjoining boards on both sides are used.
