摘要： A method and arrangement in a dispatcher function in a telecommunication network for providing notifications of updates is provided. The dispatcher function receives, from a central database, an update notification. The dispatcher function identifies, at least partly based on the content of the update notification, at least one of the application server instances entitled to receive the update notification. The dispatcher function provides the data notification to the identified application server instances, thereby enabling the central database to operate in a stateless manner with respect to at least one User Equipment associated with the at least one application server instances.

摘要： A method can be executed at a notifier of a communication system for the purpose of handling notifications, at least partly according to a notification scheme. The basis of the method is to provisioning for a differentiated distribution rate to be applied together with the notification scheme when distributing notifications which have been received from a notification source function and which are associated with the subscriber. The provisioning is based on user traffic statistics on traffic involving a registered subscriber, and which has been generated in the communication network,and where the statistics has been acquired from a statistics server and accumulated by the notifier.

摘要： A method, a server and a client for enabling time limited modifications of XML nodes in XML documents, where a modified document can be restored to its original content upon expiry of an expire time, which has been specified for the modification. A request for a time limited modification of an XML node, comprising an expire time, is transmitted from a client to a server. At the server,a timer is either started, in case no timer is pending for the XML node, or re-set, in case a timer is already pending for the XML node. The present version of the XML node is stored,before it is modified,according to modification data provided in the request.Upon timer timeoutthe requested modification will no longer be valid, and therefore the XML node is restored to its stored version of the XML node.

摘要： A method of managing a subscription request at a originating network node of a first network operator is provided, where a subscription request originating from,or on behalf of, a user being a subscriber of the first network operator is provided with user context that is specifying an agreement between the first network operator and the subscriber. The subscription request is then transmitted to a terminating network node of a second network operator, with which the first network operator has established an interoperability agreement. The described procedure enables the second network operator to authorize the subscription request taking the user context into consideration, such that the interoperability agreement between the two network operators is applied for the subscriber also by the second network operator.

A message, to be delivered between two entities is interrogated to determining if the data content has already been delivered to the terminating entity. If the data content has not already been delivered to the second entity, the message is transmitted to the second entity unchanged, while the message is modified, so that the modified message comprises a data identifier, identifying the data content, but no data content. The modified message is then transmitted to the terminating entity, and the data identifier is cached together with the associated data content when a successful transmission of the message has been verified. The suggested versioning mechanism enables transmission of messages with a reduced size.
