    • This disclosure relates to a method (100) performed by a network node supporting the use of a single Physical Uplink Control Channel, PUCCH, resource to a plurality of communication devices such that the plurality of communication devices can share the single PUCCH resource. Different transmission masks are assigned (110) to different communication devices, each transmission mask indicating re- occurring transmission occasions at which each communication device is either allowed or disallowed to transmit Scheduling Requests, SRs, to the network node, whereby a different SR periodicity pattern is defined for each one of the plurality communication devices. When a burst of Scheduling Requests, SRs, is received (130) from a communication device, the communication device can be identified (140) by recognition of the SR periodicity pattern of the received burst of SRs. Also, an uplink grant may be transmitted (150) to the thus identified communication device.

    • Method performed by a network node (101) for reducing interference in neighboring cells. The network node (101) operates in a communication network (100), which is adapted to wirelessly serve a UE (120) via a serving Radio Access, RA, node (110). The network node obtains a determination of at least one of Reference Signal Received Power, RSRP, and Reference Signal Received Quality, RSRQ, from the serving RA node (110) as received by the UE (120) and a determination of at least one of RSRP and RSRQ from a neighboring RA node (111) as received by the UE (120), when the UE (120) is connected to the serving RA node (110).The network node (101) further decides to reduce a transmit power of the serving RA node (110) serving the connected UE (120), when the determined RSRP and/or RSRQ of the serving RA node (110) is higher than the RSRP and/or RSRQ of the neighboring RA node (111), in order to reduce the interference in neighboring cells caused by the serving RA node (110).
