摘要： The present invention relates to methods and arrangements for configuring the HeNB(Home eNode B) to retrieve location information indicative of its location and sending this location information via a core network node to a UE (User Equipment) authorized to access the HeNB. The UE can then based on this received location information and on a determination of the location of the UE determine whether the UE is being positioned in the coverage of the HeNB. This implies that the authorized UEs of the HeNB know when they should try to find and access the HeNB and the UEs may then avoid accessing the HeNB when it is out of the HeNB coverage which will save UE battery and reduce interference.

摘要： The teachings herein provide authorization control enabling the co-existence of legacy mobile terminals (20) that do not support Closed Subscriber Groups (CSGs), and non-legacy mobile terminals (20) that do. New behaviors are defined for a CSG femtocell base station (10) (referred to as a Home NodeB or HNB), and for a base station gateway (14) (referred to as a HNB Gateway or HNB GW) that couples the HNB (10) to a Core Network (CN) (22). The HNB (10) and/or the HNB GW (14) determine whether a terminal (20) attempting to gain connection through the HNB (10) supports CSGs. If not, the HNB GW (14) performs access control and rejects the connection attempt if authorization fails. If the terminal (20) is recognized as supporting CSGs, the HNB GW (14) defers access control to the CN (22) by automatically accepting registration/connection requests from the HNB (10) for CSG-capable terminals (20). In such cases, the CN (22) is relied upon for access control, including any CSG authorization of the terminal (20). The HNB GW (14) indicates to the CN (22) whether or not access control was performed for the terminal (20).

The CSG information comprises an Allowed CSG List of a first UE and cell information indicating position of a cell with controlled access associated to the Allowed CSG List. The method comprises retrieving an Allowed CSG List of the radio cell from a CSG Database over a first network 10 interface (CSGi) between the ANDSF node and the CSG Database. Furthermore, the ANDSF node triggers the first UE to establish a connection to the ANDSF node over a second network interface (ANDSFi) between the ANDSF node (90) and the first UE. 摘要： A system and method for detecting cooperation or conflict between actors in a network made up of self-organizing sub-networks examines parameters such as performance indicators and configuration parameters to determine whether or not different actors are adjusting configuration parameters in a way that is cooperative or conflicting. When a performance indicator is observed to be outside of its expected range, an acceptable convergence range can be defined to give the actors time to adjust and return the performance indicator to its expected range of values. When a performance indicator is detected to be non-convergent, the monitor can alert an operator, or another node, so that appropriate actions can be taken.
