    • PURPOSE:To improve the workability, by fluidizing sand and soil under a movable slab and discharging the sand and soil upward and lowering the movable slab and after fixing it at a specified position, constructing a slab by use of a form on the movable by and repeating this process. Next, a form 12 to construct a slab is installed on the movable slab 5 through a form support 13 and reinforcements are arranged and concrete is placed to construct an upper slab floor US. After curing of the slab US, the jack is retracted and the same processes are repeated to construct slabs of respective lower floors. Moreover, a foundation is constructed, the movable slab is buried, and temporary structures are removed In this way, the cost is reduced with automation and the construction can be safety carried out.

    • PURPOSE:To drill holes in an obstacle by a shield machine itself for its removal by setting the top end of a slide hood movably in longitudinal direction, oscillating the slide hood in circumferential direction of a cutter head, and cutting and eliminating as it is clamped. CONSTITUTION:A cutter head 1 is attached at the top end of a device main body A. Also a slide hood 2 to the top of which a cutter bit 2a is attached is installed on the upper periphery surface of the device main body A including the cutter head 1. The slide hood 2 is forced out forward by a slide jack 3. A hood longitudinal slide hole 4 and a hood oscillation hole 5 are drilled in the device main body A according to the movement of the slide jack 3. Then, when the cutter head 1 is rotated in forward direction, soil is dug, and encountered with an obstacle, a fixed bit 11 is bitten into an object to be cut and broken. Under this condition, a rotation detector for the cutter head 1 detects a variation in rotating torque, and stops the rotation of the cutter head 1. Lastly a movable bit 10 opposed to the fixed bit 11 bitten into the object to be broken is driven to cut or break the object to be cut and broken.

    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to regain water permeability after the completion of the construction of an underground structure by forming the lower ends of an earth retaining wall up to the depth for balancing between active earth pressure and passive earth pressure, and forming a posterior water permeable cut-off wall crossing an artesian aquifer along the rear of the earth retaining wall or an earth retaining passive side. CONSTITUTION: When an underground structure is constructed in a stratum for existing an artesian aquifer 14 in the depth deeper than an excavated surface 12 of an earth retaining wall 10, the earth retaining wall 10 is so constructed to the depth that the lower ends of the earth retaining wall 10 balance between active earth pressure and passive earth pressure. A posterior water permeable cut-off wall 18 crossing the artesian aquifer 14 so as to overlap with the lower ends of the earth retaining wall 10 is formed along the rear of the earth retaining wall 10 or an earth retaining passive side, or the posterior water permeable cut-off wall 18 is formed in the depth deeper than the lower ends of the earth retaining wall 10. By the constitution, during the construction of an underground structure 16, the flow of ground water in the artesian aquifer 14 is prevented by the posterior water permeable cut-off wall 18. After the construction of the underground structure 16, the flow of ground water in the artesian aquifer 14 can be ensured.
