    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaner capable of surely removing dirt in a short time by means of small driving power and simple operation without damaging a material to be washed. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic oscillator 11 is embedded at the base plate 12 of a liquid tank part 10 capable of storing a cleaning fluid. A support mechanism 14 having setting bars 14b which can rotate horizontally is incorporated into the liquid tank part 10. A sprinkling head 31 having plural sprinkling pores formed thereon is installed in order to sprinkle on the material to be washed in the liquid tank part 10 from upper direction. A supply pipe is connected with the sprinkling head 31 supplying waste water via drain pipe 23 for circulation through which the waste water of the liquid tank part 10 runs. A running water circulation pump 24 which forces to circulate the exhaust water within the drain pipe 23 for circulation and a running water circulation filter 25 which filtrates the waste water in the drain pipe for circulation are arranged. A fan 28 which sends air for drying to the material in the tank point 10 and an electrode rod 15 which detects the amount of water within the liquid tank part 10 are provided.
