    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heater that can improve the heat exchanger effectiveness of exhaust pipes arranged in a liquid tank and ensure sufficient thermal efficiency of the device itself, and can decrease the exhaust temperature. SOLUTION: This liquid heater is so designed that a combustion chamber provided with a burner is delimited on one side under a liquid tank, that cylindrical exhaust pipes with sidewalls substantially perpendicular at least to the transverse are arranged in a substantially parallel relation in the liquid tank from one to the other side thereof, and that combustion gas in the combustion chamber is passed through the exhaust pipes to heat liquid in the liquid tank. Each internal sidewall surface of each exhaust pipe is fixedly equipped with fins each with slits substantially horizontally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and each fin has a combustion gas guide means for directing down the combustion gas flowing in the exhaust pipe as it flows downstream. The combustion gas guide means is formed by fin sidewall portions, for example, projecting substantially horizontally and inclined down in the downstream direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a heat transfer area of combustion gas and to obtain a sufficient thermal efficiency by integrally providing fins along a longitudinal direction on an inner surface of an exhaust tube. SOLUTION: A plurality of exhaust tubes 20 are arranged from one end side 3a of a liquid tank 3 toward the other end side 3b substantially in a horizontal state under a net 15 in the tank 3 arranged on an upper part of a body 2 of a flyer 1. The tubes 20 are formed, for example, of a tube 21 of a circular section made of stainless steel and copper fins 22 fixed substantially onto half inner surface of a section of the tube 21. The each fin 22 is formed in a substantially U-shaped sectional shape, and its fixing part is fixed to the tube 21 so that a pair of vertical walls are directed toward a center of the tube 21, and ends of the walls have a small gap. Thus, a combustion gas channel is formed between the walls of the respective fins 22, and a channel is formed also between the walls of the adjacent fins 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heating system in which the elevation of temperature of the outer panel of a casing can be suppressed and the installing space efficiency can be improved by effectively cooling a plate body forming a burning gas path. SOLUTION: Concerning the liquid heating system in which a burner 5 is arranged under the base of a liquid tank 4 and the temperature of liquid in the liquid tank is elevated by heating the base of the liquid tank 4 with the burner 5, by providing plate bodies at prescribed intervals outside the base and back of the liquid tank 4, a burning gas path 15 communicated to the burning chamber of the burner 5 is formed, a cooling air path 16 along with the burning gas path 15 are formed outside the burning gas path 15, and the downstream side of the burning gas path 15 and the downstream side of the cooling air path 16 are joined so as to be opened in the air. The joining point of the burning gas path 15 and the cooling air path 16 is provided at the upper part of the back of the liquid tank 4, for example, and the opening of the cooling air path 16 on the upstream side is provided on a bottom part 26 of the casing for housing and installing the liquid tank 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation at the bottom part of a liquid tank by forming it of a stainless material, bonding a passage forming member to the rear surface of the stainless material in face contact state and forming a combustion gas passage on the rear side at the bottom part of the liquid tank. SOLUTION: A bottom plate unit 6 is provided with a stainless plate 7 of substantially same size as the bottom part 4b of a liquid tank 4 and a plurality of copper passage forming members, i.e., rectangular pipes 8, are bonded to the rear surface of the stainless plate 7 in face contact state. The stainless plate 7 has a coefficient of linear expansion substantially identical to that of pure copper and the rectangular pipe 8 is formed of pure copper. Side wall part 8a on the upper surface side is bonded continuously by brazing the rear surface in a furnace except the front part 7a of the stainless plate 7 and the hole of the rectangular pipe 8 provides a combustion gas passage 9. This structure prevent deformation at the bottom part 4b of the liquid tank 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for heating liquid capable of obtaining sufficient heat efficiency or the like by enlarging a heat transfer area for being heated by combustion gas in an exhaust pipe provided within a liquid tank and by facilitating circulation of the combustion gas. SOLUTION: A combustion chamber disposing a burner is provided at one side of a lower section of a liquid tank, an exhaust pipe is generally horizontally disposed in the liquid tank from its one side to another side, combustion gas within the combustion chamber is circulated into an exhaust pipe to heat the liquid within the liquid tank. In this case, the exhaust pipe is formed in a cylindrical shape at least having generally vertical sidewalls at right and left side. A fin is unitedly bonded within an interior surface of the sidewalls along a longitudinal direction of the exhaust pipe. A heat transfer area of the fin is set according to a temperature inclination in a longitudinal direction of the exhaust pipe.
