    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden building which is firm in foundation, large in underfloor space and versatile. SOLUTION: A metal piece 23 for foundation comprises a column member 10 and a support member 20 to support the column member 10 in a perpendicular condition. Oblong holes 7 and 8 to allow a reinforcing bar for foundation to be passed through are cut in a columnar base member 1 to form the column member 10. Four base members 12 are assembled substantially in a lattice, an opening part 17 to insert the column member 10 is formed in a center part, oblong holes 18 and 19 to allow the reinforcing bar for foundation to be passed through are cut, and the support member 20 is formed. Each oblong hole 7 is of the size to allow two reinforcing bars for foundation to be freely fitted in the vertical direction. The support member 20 is fixed corresponding to the column position of the building, a lower end part 11a of the column member 10 is fitted in the opening part 17 and erected therefrom, and the reinforcing bars are passed through the piece 23 for foundation. Then, concrete is placed and the whole support member 20 of the piece 23 for foundation and a part of the column member 10 are buried in concrete to form a foundation structure.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate regulation at the time of the alignment of respective pages in simple printing, to enable highly efficient automatic printing and to enhance the perusal percentage of a product by once taking up printed papers in a roll form to form printing roll papers simultaneously with drawing out the printed papers to superpose them one upon another. CONSTITUTION:In a first process, printing at every page is performed continuously in a printing process 16 and printed matter is again taken up in a roll form in a printing roll paper process 18 through an appropriate processing means 17 to form printing roll paper. In the roll paper construction process 20 of a second process, a plurality of the printing roll papers obtained in the first process are parallelly constructed in predetermined order and simultaneously unwound. In the paper superposing setting process 20 of a third process, the unwound printed parpers are superposed one upon another and the opposed free ends on the binding sides of upper and lower papers are allowed to protrude long from the free ends of internal papers to form flaps. In the cutting and pasting process 21 of a fourth process, the superposed printed papers are cut into predetermined length and bound over predetermined width on the binding side thereof to bond the free ends of the upper and lower papers.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the appearance of a large humidity tendency in the prescribed gap between two wall materials by arranging the materials between columns via the gap in such a state as faced to each other with the foamed synthetic resin plates thereof kept inside, and providing a means near the upper and lower parts of the outer wall material for communication with the gap. SOLUTION: High density urethane foam board 2 are laminated on the reverse sides of pressure molded paper boards 1 formed out of regenerated paper, thereby forming wall materials 3 and 3a. Then, the wall materials 3 and 3a are secured between a base 4 and a horizontal member 5 with nails via a gap 6, so as to keep the high density urethane foam boards 2 faced to each other. In addition, a plurality of vent holes 8 and 8a are formed on the upper and lower parts of the wall material 3a so as to penetrate through the pressure molded paper boards 1 and the high density urethane foam boards 2. Furthermore, vent sheets 9 are attached to the outer sides of the vent holes 8 and 8a, and a soundproofing and heat insulating wall 10 is thereby formed. As a result, the air enters the gap 6 via the lower vent hole 8a as shown by arrows 13 to 15, and leaves from the upper vent hole 8. Thus, the internal space of the gap 6 is dried, due to the air circulating therein.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen a connection by abutting metal angles against the connection of a column and a horizontal member, and clamping at least a pair of corresponding pieces of the metal angles by bolts penetrating a structural member and nuts screwing onto the bolts when the column and the horizontal member are abutted against each other at a right angle. SOLUTION: A wooden sill 2 is placed on a foundation concrete 1, a wooden column 3 is abutted against the sill 2, metal angles 4, 4a are abutted against the sill 2 and the column 3. Bolt holes 5 are provided in the sill 2, and embedding holes 7 for cylindrical nuts 6 are provided in the foundation concrete 1. And the metal angles 4, 4a are clamped by screwing bolts 8 into the cylindrical nuts 6 and screwing nuts 9 thereonto. In addition, the metal angles 4, 4a fixed to the column 3 by nails 11, 11a. Therefore, the column 3 and the sill 2 are connected very strongly, external force applied to the column 3 can be conveyed to the all cross sections of the sill 2. In consequence, the strength of fixation between the column and the horizontal member is reliable and helps maintain prescribed strength for a long time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength by laminating a foaming synthetic resin plate on an inner surface of a pressure molded paper plate an outer surface of which is processed watertight and fixing both edges of those two plates so that the foaming synthetic resin plate faces pillars set with specified intervals with an interval. SOLUTION: A laminated plate 3 is formed by laminating a foaming synthetic resin plate on an inner surface of a pressure molded paper plate on which a large number of paper sheets are laminated. Thereafter, both edges of the two plates 3 are fastened on the inside and the outside of two pillars 4 arranged with a specified interval. Thereafter, a base 5 is fastened on a lower part of the plate 3, a beam 14 is fastened on an upper part, end edges of the pressure molded paper plates formed on both left and right edges of the plate 3 are made contact with a side wall of the pillar 4, and tey they are fixed on the pillar 4 and a receiver wood 7 fixed on the pillar 4 by a nail 8. Additionally, a stud 9 and the pressure molded paper plate are nailed with each other and reinforced by reinforcing metalwares 12, 15. Consequently, it is possible to extensively improve strength as the pillars and the base are integrated by using two pieces of the laminated plates, to improve a heat insulating property and a noiseproofing property and to facilitate sawing and nailing.
