    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chief rope tension device for a safety rope. SOLUTION: Right and left chief supports 2, 3 for stretching a chief rope 1 in this side of vertical rods of form bodies (a) are erected, and upper and lower fixed rollers 4, 5 guiding and moving up and down the vertical rods and a clamp type elastic pressing roller 6 are attached to each chief support 2, 3. A engaging claw body which comes into contact with the upper face of the upper horizontal rod of the form body (a) to fix the chief body 2, 3, and of which front end is unable to move upward from the horizontal position but able to move downward, is elastically and openably equipped in each chief support 2, 3. A fixing means fixed to the vertical rods of the form body (a) are provided in the chief support 2, 3. A ratchet type drum body 12 is attached to fix the basal end of drawing ropes 10, 11 for moving up and down the chief support 2, 3 against the scaffolds (b) and to pass the middle around the upper horizontal rod of the form body (a) and further to hang down the other end to stretch the chief rope to one chief support 2, at a little lower position of the chief support 2, 3. Further, the other end of the chief rope wound on the drum body is fixed to the upper end of the other chief support 3 through a pulley 13 for stretching the chief rope of the upper end of the chief support 2.

SOLUTION: In this container, vertical rods 2 having a scaffold height are erected at the right and left ends of a basic support rod 1 having a scaffold width and a length and the upper ends thereof are connected by a lateral rod 3 to form a basic frame body A. And the basic frame bodies A are erected to form one span length of the scaffold so as to oppositely face each other back and forth. And the left side lateral rod 4 is detachably connected between the base end and the upper end of the left side of the basic frame bodies A, A and the middle of the upper and lower left side lateral rods 4 is connected with the vertical connection rod 5. And further, the right side lateral rod 6 is detachably connected between the base ends of the right side of the basic frame bodies A, A. and the upper frame body 7 and the lower container body 8 are fixed in a protruded condition, to the upper side and lower side of the right side of the basic frame bodies A, A and a plurality of support base plates 9 are detachably laid between the basic support rods 1 of the frame bodies. A screen 10 preventing a fall is attached to the opening of the basic frame bodies A, A.

    • PURPOSE:To pull and attach an adhesive tape in correct length by setting the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape as the opposed surface to the press- attaching part of a projecting body. CONSTITUTION:When one edge of an adhesive tape 3 is pulled, said tape 3 revolves around a holding shaft 2 and is stripped off in the state where the adhesive surface is directed downward and extended. The top edge of the extended tape 3 is pulled out from a pulling-out port 5 under the basic part of a projecting body 4, and pulled from the undersurface of the projecting body 4 to a press-attaching part 6. Then, at the position where the tape 3 is to be used, the top edge of the tape 3 is press-attached by a press-attaching part 6 and pulled in the necessary direction through press-attaching, and then the tape 3 whose adhesive surface is directed downward is pulled out and extended, adhering onto the necessary position. When the projecting body 4 is vertically set and turned in the pulling direction, keeping the tape 3 in the pressed state by the press-attaching part 6, a cutter 7 bites into the surface of the tape 3, and when the projecting body is pulled in twisted form, the tape 3 can be cut.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an earth-retaining structure capable of shortening the construction period and of reducing the construction cost. SOLUTION: After connecting a tensile member 13 made of chains to an earth-retaining panel 2, a backfilling material 14 is carries into the rear of the earth-retaining panel 12 so as to cover the tensile members 13. Depending upon the tensile member 13, a rolling motor vehicle 15 is travelled in a state that the earth-retaining panels 13 are stabilized, and the backfilling material 14 is roll-compacted from the above. The rolling motor vehicle 15 is kept to non-contact state by the panel 12 and travelled to a position close to a travelling possible, the backfilled material 14 carried in is firmly compacted. By performing the rolling work for the backfilling material 14 by the rolling motor vehicle, the amount of backfilling material 14 can be increased and the number of rolling processes can be reduced and the construction period can be shortened and construction cost can be decreased. CONSTITUTION: A plural number of containers 2 storing various kinds of members necessary for formation of a scaffold 1 are provided, and a first container 2 of a plural number of these containers 2 is placed on a place where the scaffold 1 is formed. Continuously, the first container 2 also forms a first step scaffold 1 constituting its part by taking out various kinds of the members from the container 2. Continuously, a second container 2 is placed on a specified position on this first step scaffold 1. Continuously, the second container 2 also connects and forms a second step scaffold 1 constituting its part to and on the first step scaffold 1 by taking out various kinds of the members from this second container 2. Thereafter, in the same way, the scaffold 1 of (n) steps in total is formed by connecting and forming a scaffold 1 of an (n) step to and on a scaffold 1 of an (n-1) step by using a number (n) container 2.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the whole measuring operation with a single hand by arranging a measuring part inside a measuring instrument attached on the front head of a container, at the appropriate periphery of the opening, laterally facing to the opening of the container. CONSTITUTION:When a container 1 is held with a single hand to recline low an opening 5 of the front head 2 toward a measuring part 4 attached at the opening 5, the contents within the container 1 flow into a measuring instrument 3 arranged upright according to the inclination of the container 1 and start to accumulate in the measuring part 4. After the contents accumulate in the measuring part 4 and it is calculated, if the container 1 is once erected in such an extent that the contents of the measuring instrument 3 do not spill over, the remainder is retained in the container 1. Hereafter, when the measuring instrument is reclined with the container 1, only the contents measured in the measuring instrument 3 can be discharged outsides from a discharging out let 6 at the side of the measuring instrument 3.
