摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the compsn. which exhibits an excellent antimicrobial property over a long period of time to allow the adequate use as the matter substitutive for bandage by forming the compsn. contg. antimicrobial zeolite. CONSTITUTION:An aq. soln. of salts contg. antimicrobial metal ions or the like is prepd. The zeolite is brought into contact with an aq. soln. mixture into which the antimicrobial metal ions and if necessary, ammonium ions are incorporated to substitute the ions in the zeolite and the antimicrobial metal ions. The zeolite with which the ion exchange ends is washed with water and is dried to obtain the antimicrobial zeolite. The content of the antimicrobial zeolite in the compsn. substitutive for bandage is preferably 1 to 10%. A film forming polymer and solvent are incorporated in addition to the antimicrobial zeolite into the compsn. substitutive for bandage. A polymer which can peel the film after use without precipitating drug action components when, for example, polyacrylic acid, or the like is applied is more preferable. For example, acetone, etc., are used for the dissolution of the polymer as the solvent. The compsn. substitutive for bandage may be used by being applied as it is on the skin and may be used as the compsn. substitutive for bandage for aerosol by using a spraying agent.

In this state, the particles 3 of the antimicrobial zeolite are in a condition of being slightly sunk in the coated film 2, and the film 4 of the dispersion medium covers the coated film surface. Next, by baking, the film 4 of the dispersion medium that covered the coated film surface is permitted to be evaporation- scattered, and thus only particles 3 of the antimicrobial zeolite remain thereon.

The antibacterial zeolite is obtained by replacing exchangeable ions in the zeolite partly or wholly with antibacterial metal ions and silver, copper and zinc are used to provide the antibacterial metal ions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an antibacterial double wall aerosol container with a barrier pack as its inner container by forming an antibacterial zeolite-containing coating layer on at least the inner surface of the barrier pack. CONSTITUTION:A coating layer for use on a barrier pack in a double wall aerosol container is of an organic high-molecular compound containing an antibacterial zeolite and it can be used without any restriction, if the antibacterial zeolite is uniformly dispersed. By way of example, the organic high-molecular compound may be polyethylene and polypropylene. The method of forming an antibacterial zeolite-containing coating layer 1 on the barrier pack 2 in the double wall aersol container is not specifically designated and a multiple resin layer 6 is built up on the barrier pack 2 by the conventional method such as simultaneous extrusion multilayer blow molding. In the case of the barrier pack 2 consisting of a single aluminum layer 5 or a laminate layer 7 having an aluminum foil 9 in its interior, a coating layer 1 may be formed previously on the blank material.

CONSTITUTION:The content in zeolite of antibacterial metal or ammonium ions is appropriately controlled by adjusting the ion (salt) concentration in a mixed aqueous solution. Any coating layer is applicable for use on a tubular container with no restriction, insofar as an antibacterial zeolite is uniformly dispersed in various organic high-molecular compounds. Concerning the method of forming an antibacterial zeolite-containing coating layer 1 on the inner surface 2 and/or the outer surface 3 of the tube, it is not specifically designated but the conventional method such as simultaneous extrusion multilayer blow molding is employed. In this example, a polyethylene resin is mixed with a high-molecular compound containing 1-5% antibacterial zeolite in an amount of 50% to form the coating layer 1 having a thickness of 5-50mum.
