摘要： PURPOSE:To determine the horizontal stress of the nonviscous sandy ground or gravelly ground directly at the frozen original position. CONSTITUTION:A two-way solenoid valve 5 is provided in the middle of a cell liquid feed pipe 47 connected to a pressure space 42 inside the rubber sleeve 40 of an original position test apparatus. A vertical upward water head pipe 55 branched by the two-way solenoid valve 54 is stored and installed in an adiabatic container 10 provided on a device housing 41. The sealing water 11 submerging the water head pipe 55 is filled in the adiabatic container 10, and a heater 12 heating the sealed water 11 and a temperature sensor 12 measuring the water temperature of the sealing water 11 are provided. The horizontal stress of the ground due to the freezing of the original position ground can be precisely tested with no trouble caused by freezing and with little error caused by the temperature change of water (volume change of water).

CONSTITUTION:In pieces 5-8 of side sections of a rectangular shield segment, steel frames 11 are combined with reinforced concrete 12 to manufacture a composite structural segment. Notches are provided to the front ends of webs 17a of three T-shape steels 17 used for steel frames as a main structural element on a positive bending side, and stirrups 18 of the reinforced concrete 12 are inserted in the notches, so that a penetration state can be ensured. Besides, two angles 20 and 20 as anchoring members are fastened to both sides of each of webs 17a with a bolt 25 and a nut. If necessary, butt sections of flanges of T-shape steels 17 are welded. According to the constitution, side sections are formed as SRC construction, so that a lightweight skeleton can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent environmental pollution by disposal and an effective use of the surplus soil in a construction site produced by an excavation for construction work or tunneling work. CONSTITUTION:In a method for an effective use of the surplus soil in a construction site wherein the surplus soil is mixed with cement type stabilizer, the resulting mixture is pressed and dehydrated to form a cake and this cake is crushed and classified for an effective use, the surface of crushed stone is treated to prevent the elution of alkaline ions therefrom after crushing or classifying process. Therefore, in an artificial ground embodying one of the inventive concepts of effective surplus soil usage, the pH of the rainwater which has passed between the crushed stones can be kept within the standard pH range of 6.5-8.6 by the aforesaid treatment of the crushed stone surface and the effective use of the surplus soil is thus realized to eliminate the possibility of environmental pollution.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for disposal and an effective use of the surplus soil in a construction site produced by an excavation for construction work or tunneling work. CONSTITUTION:In a method for an effective use of the surplus soil in a construction site wherein the surplus soil is mixed with cement type stabilizer, the resulting mixture is pressed and dehydrated into the form of a cake and this cake is crushed and classified for an effective use, the particles of the cake produced at the crushing and classifying stage are returned to the kneading or mixing process for reuse. Since this method does not require any cake particle to be discarded, an effective use of crushed stone, etc., is increased by that part, the labor and expenses arising therefrom can be saved and the time required for high pressure dehydration can considerably be shortened by the reuse of the cake particles, resulting in an economical use of the construction materials and a considerable improvement of the production efficiency.

CONSTITUTION:A shield machine 1 is held by machine holding mechanisms 7, 9, 10 of a starting shaft 5 to ensure vertical accuracy and initial excavation reaction through reaction mechanisms 4, 6. Next, trapezoidal segments 2 formed by dividing equally a circular ring from a position of the starting shaft 5 are assembled to give reaction to the segments 2 and continuously excavate vertically downward by fresh water excavation. Then when a soil discharging pipe is choked with rough gravel, the rough gravel is discharged to the rear side of a partition wall 11 by a rough gravel taking-in mechanism provided in a hollow part of a center shaft 13. At the step of excavation up to a predetermined depth, a cutter spoke 14 is pulled up and a bottom plate concrete 16 having a face plate 15 as a reinforcement is built in a pressure chamber 12.

A shaft structure 7 of succeeding order built at the site of the hole 2 is piled in order on the foremost shaft structure 1. Water is poured in the hollow part 1a of the shaft structures 1, 7 while keeping balance with the floating force, so as to sinkingly install the shaft structure 1. In this way, for moving the foremost shaft structure 1 of heavy weight of 20t-50t, any a large sized crane is not at all necessary, and hence the labor for sinkingly installation work is saved and the low cost can be attained.
