摘要： PURPOSE:To construct a large-depth shaft for building the aeration tank of an ultra-deep layer and a ventilating hole, etc. CONSTITUTION:A vertical hole 2 having a bore D2, in which allowance S is added to the outside diameter D1 of a tubular body 1, is underwater-excavated up to desired depth by using a bored-wall stabilizing liquid 3. A bottom block 4 having watertight structure is executed on the bottom of a tubular which the tubular body 11 is floated on a level in the vertical hole 2 by utilizing buoyancy, and the upper end section of the tubular body is positioned and fixed by a fixture 5 at a ground surface level. A tubular body 13 in subsequent order is superposed onto a tubular body 12 in preceding order and the upper and lower bodys 12, 13 are integrally joined mutually, the fixture 5 is loosened and movable load resisting buoyancy is applied to said tubular bodies 11, 12, 13, and operation conducting sinking corresponding to one body is repeated. The sinking of the tubular body 1 reaches desired depth, and a back-filling material 6 is carried out into the clearance of the vertical hole 2 and the tubular body 1. Accordingly, a large-depth shaft is executed in a safer manner and with more excellent workability than a conventional technique, thus constructing the large-depth shaft at low cost in a short construction period.

Even in a place influenced by water flow or waves, a vegetation base can be stabilized. Thus, construction in a river rivetment or a strip bore ground of a dam or lake can be performed, and vegetation introduction can be surely performed while preventing the corrosion or draft.

A shaft structure 7 of succeeding order built at the site of the hole 2 is piled in order on the foremost shaft structure 1. Water is poured in the hollow part 1a of the shaft structures 1, 7 while keeping balance with the floating force, so as to sinkingly install the shaft structure 1. In this way, for moving the foremost shaft structure 1 of heavy weight of 20t-50t, any a large sized crane is not at all necessary, and hence the labor for sinkingly installation work is saved and the low cost can be attained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick hardening high-fluidity cement composition that can retain the fluidity for a prescribed time in no need of a retarding admixture and has high fluidity, resistance to phase separation of the components and quick-hardening properties. SOLUTION: In the case of the high-fluidity mortar, a high early strength Portland cement is used as a cement component, the cement dispersant is admixed to the cement at a weight ratio of 0.1-5.0% so that 20-60% of the water to cement ratio, 250-300 kg/m3 unit water volume, 700-1,400 kg/m3 of unit weight of the fine aggregate and fluidity may be given. Further, blast furnace slag, fly ash, fine powdery particles of rocks are admixed in the assumption that the phase separation of the components never occurs. A liquid hardening acceleration composition that comprises a mixture of a thiocyanate salt/a nitrite salt at a weight ratio of 95/5-50/50 is admixed to the high-fluidity mortar of which mortar flow is set to >=18 cm.
