    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a defect in measuring accuracy and quickly take countermeasures by measuring horizontal displacement and the angle of torsion by comparing calibrated displacement of a wire for displacement measurement by a calibrating device to the displacement in the horizontal direction of a wire for measuring displacement and by measuring horizontal displacement and the angle of torsion. SOLUTION: A calibrating equipment 3 capable of providing calibrated displacement in the horizontal direction for displacement measuring wire 2 by the quantity of setting is mounted on an upper end portion of an underground excavator 1, and the lower end portion of the displacement measuring wire 2 is connected to the device. The displacement measuring wire 2 is wound around a guide sieve 6 attached to an equipment frame 4 and suspended vertically downward, and detection means 8, 9 for displacement in horizontal direction are provided at two upper and lower places. Horizontal displacement of the displacement measuring wire 2 at the time when the underground excavator 1 has the level equal to the ground level is measured by using the calibrating device 3 and the result is used as a standard for excavation accuracy measurement thereafter. After this, it is compared to the results of measurement as required, and the horizontal displacement and the angle of torsion are determined, and the measured results of the excavation accuracy of underground excavator 1 are obtained. If the horizontal displacement and the angle of torsion have exceeded a preset control limit, the position and attitude of the underground excavator 1 are controlled and corrected and more accurate excavation work is carried out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the level adjustment by supporting a lower fitting with a hoisting rod, which is suspended from an upper fitting, and supporting an upper part of the hoisting shaft with the lower fitting freely to be moved in the vertical direction, and hoisting a floor, which is assembled on the ground, with the hoisting shaft through a hoisting tool. SOLUTION: An upper fitting 7 is placed on a flange of a large beam 6 of a driving floor so as to ride over it in the cross direction. An upper part of two hoisting rods 8 are respectively fitted to the upper fitting 7 by a double nut 9 so as to be hoisted in parallel with each other. A lower fitting 10 is fitted to a lower part of the hoisting rods 8 by a double nut 11, and while a hoisting shaft 12 is fitted to an intermediate position of the hoisting rods 8 by a double nut 14 so as to pass through the lower fitting 10. A hoisting tool 15 is connected to a lower part of the hoisting shaft 12 by screwing. A hoisting part 20, which is provided in the top surface of the flange of a steel framed beam 19 of a floor assembled on the ground, is pinched by the hoisting tool 15, and a pin 21 is inserted for connection. Level adjustment of the height position of the floor, which is assembled on the ground, can be easily performed by turning the nut 14 in the normal direction or the reverse direction so as to move the hoisting shaft 12 in the vertical direction.
