摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal fusion bonding device constituted so that film materials are superposed one upon another and heat is applied to the film materials from one surface side of the superposed surfaces to perform thermal fusion bonding and capable of obtaining a homogenous thermal fusion bonded surface even under an unstable condition wherein a support surface is not present on the back surface side (opposed surface side) without bringing about the lowering of peel strength. SOLUTION: The thermal fusion bonding device 11 is equipped with a heating head 14 heated to a predetermined temperature and brought into contact with the superposed part of the film materials 9 and 10 to perform thermal fusion bonding and the contact surface 14a of the heating head 14 is formed into a projected curved surface shape. The projected curved surface of the contact surface 14a is three-dimensionally formed in the longitudinal and short-lateral directions of the heating head 14.

In addition, at both ends of a sash lower frame 2a, a drip 5, which has water returning mechanisms 5a and 5b such as a rising dam, and projects from an external wall by a specified amount, is provided. Then, cold air is jetted from the inside of the glass surface, and condensation is generated on the glass external surface. Thus, a water film is formed on the total surface, and dust and dirt are washed away.
