摘要： PURPOSE: To quantitatively supply ultra-fine powder at high precision in a very short time by fully opening a measure adjusting damper, making most powder of the measure set amount pass a temporary measuring tank without dropping in and introducing them into a measuring tank, decreasing the opening, and introducing the residue into the measuring tank at the low supplying speed. CONSTITUTION: A measuring tank extruding damper 11 is closed, a measure adjusting damper 4 is fully opened, and a screw 9 and a screw conveyor 2 are operated. Ultra- fine powder pass a temporary measuring tank 3 without dropping in and quickly introduced into a measuring tank 5, and the introducing amount is always measured by load cells 10, the opening of the measure adjusting damper 4 is decreased when the introducing amount reaches to 90% of the measure set amount. The introducing speed to the measuring tank 5 is decreased, the introduction of the ultra-fine powder is continued while detecting the weight by the load cells 10 at high precision. When the introducing amount reaches 100% of the measure set amount, the measure adjusting damper 4 is fully closed, the screw 9 and the screw conveyor 2 are stopped, the measuring tank extracting damper 11 is opened, and the ultra-fine powder are supplied to a concrete mixer.
