    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air conditioning equipment having a further energy-saving effect without impairing comfortability.SOLUTION: The air conditioning equipment has a control device which performs such an operation control as to repeat the following respective mode switchings in the order: a cooling operation mode in which the cooling operation is performed such that a predetermined space is caused to have a preset temperature by means of an air conditioning device; a cooling operation stopping mode in which the predetermined space is caused to have the preset temperature according to the cooling operation mode, thereafter, the cooling operation by means of the air conditioning device is stopped until the temperature of the predetermined space becomes a first rising temperature raised by a prescribed amount than the preset temperature and, also, the operation of a fan in the air conditioning device and a cooling breeze fan disposed in the predetermined space apart from the air conditioning device are stopped; and a cooling breeze operation mode in which the predetermined space is caused to have the first rising temperature according to the cooling operation stopping mode, thereafter, further is caused to raise the temperature and the cooling operation by means of the air conditioning device is stopped until the predetermined space is caused to have second rising temperature and, while the fan in the air conditioning device is stopped as it is, the cooling breeze fan is actuated to generate an air flow in the predetermined space, wherein, when the predetermined space is caused to have the second rising temperature after the cooling breeze operation mode, the switching to the cooling operation mode is performed again.

      SOLUTION: The illumination system is equipped with a plurality of illumination fixtures which are dispersed and installed in an illumination region, a human detection part capable of detecting a position of a person which passes through in at least the illumination region, and a control part capable of controlling lighting on/off or light adjustment of the illumination fixtures so that a personal illumination is carried out surrounding the person according to output of the human detection part. The illumination region is composed of a plurality of areas in order to recognize the position of the person, the control part has a position predicting means for predicting in each area unit the movement destination of the person who moves from an arbitrary original point in the illumination area based on the present or past positional information of the person himself, and when the person moves in the continuous areas continuously to the original point area including the original point as a moving path, the illumination fixtures are operated which are in the continuous areas anticipated as the movement destination at the time point when the person is separated from the original point area.
