    • PURPOSE:To perform adjustments for making a vibration frequency in an addition vibrator accord with the natural frequency of a damping subject so easily and quickly by installing plural pieces of bar auxiliary springs, adjusting a spring constant, in space between the addition vibrator and a fixed part relatively vibrating with this addition vibrator, adjustable in a lump. CONSTITUTION:A damping device is provided with an addition vibrator 9, a spring 10 and a damper 11. In this case, plural pieces of bar auxiliary springs 12, adjusting a spring constant, are installed between the addition vibrator 9 and a fixed part F relatively vibrating with this vibrator 9, at an interval in the vibratory direction. Also it is provided with a means which adjust en bloc a relative position in the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary spring between an auxiliary spring support part 13A of the addition vibrator 9 and an auxiliary spring support part 13B of the fixed part F. In addition, as for the auxiliary spring 12, a plate spring or the like is used. Moreover, this auxiliary spring 12 is set up in a state of being deformed against elastic power. With this constitution, adjustments for making a vibration frequency in the addition vibrator 9 accord with the natural frequency of a damping subject are easily and quickly performed in this way.

    • PURPOSE:To appropriately adjust a spring constant by regulating the relative movement direction of two magnets in a facing direction in a condition where magnetic poles having the same polarity are faced to each other in two magnets to adjust the maximum separation distance of the magnets in a condition where the approach and movement of two magnets to/from each other are allowed. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 1A is fixed to the upper surface of a floor A, and a magnet 1B is fixed to a place opposite to the magnet 1A on the lower surface of an additional vibrator B. That is, both the magnets 1A and 1B move relatively far and near in a vibration direction following the relative vibration between the floor A and the addition vibrator B. Two magnets 1A and 1B are fitted into a condition where magnetic poles having the same polarity are faced to each other. The maximum separation distance of the addition vibrator B to the floor A is changed to adjust the maximum separation distance DMAX between the magnets 1A and 1B by vertically change the position of an upper stopper 4 to a tension member 2 to change the vertical position of the upper stopper 4 to a lower stopper 3.
