    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stretching processes for films and improve safety by superposing an outer film and inner film one on another so as to be wound into a roll shape and simultaneously pulling out the films to stretch them over a film material stretching frame. SOLUTION: An outer film 1 which has a predetermined width and is integral in its width direction and an inner film 2 which is divided into two parts in its width direction are superposed one on another and wound up in a roll shape. And the films are simultaneously pulled out and the outer edges thereof are stretched over an upper member 5 of a film material stretching frame 4. Next, a midpoint of the film 1 is drawn downwardly through an outer film press cable 8 by means of a tie rod 7 projecting from a lower member 6 of the frame 4, following which inner edges of inner film materials 9, 10 are joined in a water-tight manner and connected to a midpoint of the tie rod 7 through a press cable 11. Thus the film 1 and film 2 are formed into a V-shape to form a double film structure having a space 12 between the films 1, 2. And hot air is passed through the space 12 to cause snow on the film 1 to slide down. Consequently, mounting man-hour can be greatly reduced.
