Here, wind passing slits 6 to reduce a wind perpendicular directional wind load are arranged in four corner parts 5 of the void part 2. Therefore, a wind perpendicular diractional load of the highrise building can be reduced.

Accordingly, a person who lives in this building opens a window provided in the inner wall 16 to take natural wind into a house space L so that the amenity which is similar to that on the ground is obtained even in a multistoried building.
