摘要： PURPOSE:To lay easily and safely a main cable constituting a suspension structure such as suspension bridge between the steel skeletons of main tower in a short time. CONSTITUTION:A main beam steel skeleton 2 is laid between the main tower steel skeletons 1, and a main cable 7 is extended to the upside of the main beam steel skeleton 1. A hanger cable 13 is attached to the main cable 7 and repairing operations for rustproofed portions are made on the main beam steel skeletons 1. The main cable 7 is lifted up by a lifter such as wrecker truck directed to near the steel skeleton 1 and laid on the top of the steel skeleton 1, and the intermediate part of the main cable 7 is fixed to the saddle of the tower top. Both ends of the main cable 7 are fixed to the main beam steel skeleton 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To drain ground water with good efficiency by providing an inner packer which can be switched for interruption or connection of upper and lower aquifers in the corresponding position of an outer packer at the position higher than an underwater pump. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that an inner packer 5 composed of expansible hollow rubber rings at upper and lower stages is both opened (contracted), draining from three aquifers A, B and C can be made concurrently. Under the condition that the upper stage packer 5 is closed (expanded) and the lower stage packer 5 is opened, draining from the aquifers B and C can be made, whereby keeping the water level of the aquifer A constant. When the packers 5 at upper and lower stages are both closed, the water level of the aquifers A and B can be kept and draining is made only from the aquifer C. When the underwater pump 7 is stopped, the water level of the aquifers A, B and C can be kept.

A rubber isolator 3 made of flame-retardant chloroprene is fitted at the lower end section 1a of the drain collecting pipe 1. A winding fixture 5 is wound and mounted on the drain collecting pipe 1 while the fixing section 5a of the winding fixture 5 is nailed and fastened to the panel 2. Concrete is placed onto the panel 2, concrete is cured, and the floor slab A is formed. Accordingly, the execution of works can be facilitated while the leakage of water from a section between a through-hole and a peripheral wall can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a tension measuring sensor having excellent portability by mounting a bridging jig between two points of a cable, applying a shock to the cable, obtaining the natural frequency with an accelerometer, and obtaining the tension using the graph showing the relation between tension and vibration frequency. CONSTITUTION:A 'U' shaped bridging jig 7 having a mechanism for simple attaching and removal is attached between two points of an object cable 6. A shock is applied to a cable 6a which is a part held with the jig 7. The generated vibration is measured with an accelerometer 8 which is attached to the part. The natural frequency is obtained by using a vibration-frequency operating device 1. The same tension-frequency relation is obtained for the same kind of cable when the length l of the jig 7 is constant with respect to the natural frequency. For this purpose, the tension-frequency relation is obtained beforehand with respect to the length l for the same kind of the cable. When the tension- frequency relation is obtained for the cable to be measured is obtained in this way, the tension can be obtained based on the same relationship regardless of the cable length, the presence or absence of the various kinds of metals of cables and the fixing conditions of cables.
