    • PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operations by a method in which casings fitted with drill shafts are connected with each other so that the opening diameter of an excavating blade coincide with that of an adjacent blade, and a steel sheet pile is attached to the front face of the casing connection. CONSTITUTION:A motor 15 is actuated to turn drill shafts 7 in casings 8, and three pits are excavated by excavating blades 9 and expanded by excavating blades 11 to form a sidelong continuous pit. The casing connection 22 carrying a wide steel sheet pile P is penetrated into the continuous pit, the drill shafts 7 are reversely turned, and the excavating blades 11 are closed. A cylinder 20 for vertical driving is driven, a support frame 19 and the connection 22 are pushed down, and the steel sheet pile P is set. A chuck-opening and closing cylinder 27 is driven to open claws 25, and the connection 22 and the shafts 7 are pulled up together with a driver 4.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the falling-down of a cylindrical body without suspending the cylindrical body when a bulb part of a pile is provided to the end part of the cylindrical body by means of a solidifying material such as cement milk, and also to further enhance the supporting force of the bulb part by integrating the bulb part of the pile and the cylindrical body, when the cylindrical body constituting the pile body is built up in the ground, by arranging the cylindrical body to the outside of an auger, and while excavating with the auger by making an enlarging drilling head of a drilling head. CONSTITUTION: A short cylindrical body 3 to which slits have been provided at proper intervals in the circumferential direction from the bottom to a certain distance is fitted to the outer circumference or to the inner circumference of the end of a cylindrical body 1, and while excavating by an auger 2 upto a support ground the cylindrical body 3 is built up on the ground. An enlarging drilling head 9 is vertically moved in the enlarged condition, and a solidifying material such as cement milk is injected for forming the bulb part 10 of the pile, and also the short cylindrical body 3 is expanded by the enlarging drilling head 9 so as to be integrated with the bulb part 10, and thereafter the enlarging drilling head 9 is reduced in its diameter, and then the auger 2 is lifted up onto the ground.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the length of a leader mast by a method in which a casing driver to rotationally operate casing is provided in a vertically movable manner along a short leader mast, and a screw driver is partly detachably coupled with a torque receiver provided for the casing driver. CONSTITUTION:A short leader mast 12 is erectly provided on a base 10 having an outrigger 11 on its surrounding, and a casing driver 13 is provided in a vertically movable manner along the leader 12a of the mast 12. In a screw driver 17 for an auger screw 18, a coupler 20 having a jack 19 on its side and a coupling groove 20a to be partly fitted with a torque receiver 16 is provided. The driver 17 is placed on the driver 13 by using the jack 19 and the coupler 20 is inserted into the space between the struts of the receiver 16. In connecting casings 21, the screw 18 is separated from the output shaft 17a, and the driver 17 is lifted up by crane. Whereupon, the coupler 20 is drawn out of the receiver 16, and the driver 17 is transferred to other places to permit casings 21 to connect with each other from above.

    • PURPOSE:To permit vertical excavation to be performed by a method in which casings fitted with drilling shafts are connected with each other, the expanding diameter of a stirring blade is made larger than the outside diameter of the casing, in such a way as to enable it to overlap with the expanding diameter of the stirring blade of the adjacent drilling shaft. CONSTITUTION:A motor 15 is actuated, and drilling shafts 7 are turned in casings 8 to excavate three pits by excavating blades 9. The pits are further expanded by stirring blades 11 to form a continuous pit, during which period the excavated soil is agitated and the connected body of casings 8 is penetrated into the continuous pit. When the stirring blades 11 collide with stones under the ground during the excavation or stones are put between the stirring blades 11 of the adjacent drilling shafts 7 to offer resistances to the rotation, the reaction of the resistances is received by the connection of the casings 8 to interrupt the distortion of the drilling shafts 7.
