    • PURPOSE:To enable a force for calling one's attention to be increased drastically by connecting a high-input impedance amplification circuit where a battery' is added to a power supply to a frequency-dividing output of a blinking drive portion and then driving both or either of an LED and a buzzer for performing blinking display along with a liquid crystal element. CONSTITUTION:A frequency-divided output of a blinking drive portion 2 is taken from a point (a) and is applied to a base of a transistor 65 through CMOS inverters 63 and 64 for synchronizing an operation of an LED 8 as a blinking display of a liquid crystal element 3. A negative electrode of a battery 7 is connected to a point (b) through a resistor 61 with 1-2MOMEGA. An amplification circuit 6 drives the LED 8 or the LED 8 and a buzzer 6. A switch 10 is a selection switch for contact. When contacts cd is connected before use, voltages of the circuit 6, the LED 8, and the battery 7 can be checked. On the other hand, when a contact ce is connected. only the LED 8 operates. Then, when a contact cf is connected, the LED 8 and the buzzer 9 operate simultaneously, thus enabling a force for calling one's attention to be further increased.

    • PURPOSE:To unnecessiate a particular power supply for a thermal signal transmitting circuit by preparing the shape and size of a current collector so that power generated in the current collector by the electric field in the neighborhood of a current charging section during the hot line work can be large enough to drive a thermal signal transmission circuit. CONSTITUTION:During the hot line work, when AC voltage V0 is applied between a current charging section 6 and ground 7, an AC electric field is generated in the neighborhood of the current charging section 6, between two current collector boards 1 and 2 an AC voltage Vp is induced, and electric field energy Ep is accumulated therebetween. Further, the electric field energy accumulated between two current collector boards is supplied as power for driving a thermal signal transmission circuit 3. Furthermore, the thermal signal transmission circuit 3 deals with temperature detected by a thermal sensor 4, converts the temperature into a thermal information signal such as temperature, temperature rise, temperature abnormality alarm, and to transmit the signal to a signal receiving unit 5. In this case, the electrostatic capacity Cs between current collector board 1, 2 and ground 7 and the electrostatic capacity Cp between current collector boards 1 and 2 are set in advance so that the magnitude of electric field energy Ep can meet the power required to drive the thermal signal transmission circuit 3.
