    • PURPOSE:To enhance the liquidtight capacity at a bonded part by thermally welding the end part of outside fluoroplastic coated cloth and that of inside fluoroplastic coated cloth through the hot-melt fluoroplastic film interposed between both end parts and applied to the end surface of the outside fluoroplastic coated cloth and a part of the upper and lower surfaces of the end part thereof. CONSTITUTION:The single surface or both surfaces of cloth 12 is coated with fluoroplastic 13. A non-meltable fluoroplastic film 4 is welded to the end surface of outside fluoroplastic coated cloth 11a and a part of the upper and lower surfaces of the end part thereof through a hot melt fluoroplastic film 15a. This non-meltable fluoroplastic film 14 is welded to the end surface of the fluoroplastic coated cloth 11a and a part of the upper and lower surfaces of the end part thereof. A molten hot-melt fluoroplastic film 15b is interposed between the fluoroplastic coated cloth 11a and the end part of the inside fluoroplastic coated cloth 11b to be bonded to the cloth 11a and, by this molten film 15b, the end part of the fluoroplastic coated cloth 11a having the non-meltable fluoroplastic film 14 welded thereto and the end part of the inside fluoroplastic coated cloth 11b are welded and bonded. By this method, trouble such as the lowering of light transmissivity or the loss of aesthetic appearance can be eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To stably obtain a satisfactory junction by using a sleeve whose strength is equal to or higher than a frame and joining the sleeve and the frame by frictional pressure welding without using a backing strip. CONSTITUTION:To the outside of a frame 1 formed by a hollow steel pipe, a surface treatment is performed in advance by plating or painting of zinc, Al, etc. On the other hand, as for a sleeve 2, high strength material is used, a surface treatment is performed in advance to this sleeve, as well, a bolt 5 is inserted through a through-hole 4 of a closed wall surface 3 of the sleeve 2, and a head part 6 of the bolt 5 is positioned in the inside of the sleeve 2. In this state, one of the sleeve 2 or the frame 1 is fixed, the other is rotated, while bringing it to pressure welding, and by friction caused by the rotation, both of the frame 1 and the sleeve 2 are melted and brought to pressure weld ing. As for a ring 7, it is allowed to make it insert through the bolt 5 after joining the frame 1 and the sleeve, and also, it is allowed to make it insert through the bolt 5 in advance, and to rotate the frame 1 or the sleeve 2 by holding the sleeve 2 and the wapper 7. In such a way, a backing strip material is unnecessary and a stable welding joint can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanize the bonding of a tubular body to a flange, and facilitate a bonding work by a method wherein the tubular body is externally installed onto a first positioning body below the seating stand of a flange and then held by a second positioning body and then the upper end part of the tubular body is expanded with a pressingly contacting body so as to be urged on the top surface of the flange in order to thermally fuse the tubular body to the flange. SOLUTION: Under the condition that a first positioning body 25 is provided below the seating stand 23 of a flange 11, a tubular body 12 is fixably and externally installed through a communicating passage 32 for above the seating stand 23 onto the first positioning body 25 so as to horizontally position the tubular body 12. Further, with the stopper 37 of a second positioning body 34, the upper end part of the tubular body 12 is held at the square hole 10 of the flange 11 by being passed through the communicating passage 32 so as to vertically position the tubular body 12. Furthermore, in the inner surface of a recessed part 28 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first positioning body 25, a pressingly contacting body 39 for pressingly contacting the tubular body 12 is provided. In addition, on the top surface of the flange 11, a fusing means 50 is provided so as to thermally fuse the end edge 13, which is urged with an urging body 42, of the tabular body 12 onto the top surface of the flange 11.
