    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing container with a filter which can suck content liquid remaining at the downstream side of the filter back to the upstream side of the filter, prevent a so-called air lock state, precisely drop the contents, and reduce the cost, concerning, in particular, an eyedropper. SOLUTION: The container includes: a bottle formed by laminating, on the inner surface of the outer layer, inner layers which are peelable from an outer layer; and a stopper body arranged in the mouth part of the bottle. The stopper body includes a dispensing path for discharging the content liquid stored in the body part of the inner layers. The filter is disposed in the dispensing path. The inner layers have restoration properties for expansion so as to make the pressure difference between internal negative pressure and atmosphere pressure larger than the filtering resistance of the filter. The negative pressure is generated inside the inner layers by using the restoration of the inner layers so that remaining liquid left at the secondary side of the filter is sucked to the primary side of the filter.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily close an inlet hole when a bottle barrel is squeezed without a check valve on the inlet hole to compress the air between inner and outer layers in a small eye drop bottle in particular. SOLUTION: An inspection hole 19 communicating with the inlet hole 17 via a space between an outer layer bottle 1 and an inner layer bag 16 is provided on an outer layer port 4, and the inspection hole 19 is closed with an inner plug 21 fitted into the port 4 and the inner layer bag 16. Further, a peripheral wall of the barrel of the outer layer 1 comprises a pair of front and approximately flat rear fore-and-aft walls 5 opposite to each other at a predetermined distance and right and left walls 6 for connecting right and left edges of the walls 5 and is formed into a flat tube having a fore-and-aft width smaller than a lateral width of the barrel.
