摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the joining with high precision by obtaining lap width of waterproof sheet accurately. SOLUTION: According to this join method of waterproof sheet, open ends of a plurality of waterproof sheet which are provided and spread like a cylinder on outer periphery of a segment of a shield tunnel are lapped and joined mutually. In this case, an open end part of existing waterproof sheet 5a is cut by a cutting means 13 which travel in the direction of circumference along an inner peripheral face of a shield machine so that predetermined lap width which is parallel with an open end part of waterproof sheet which is provided newly 5 is obtained, and the open end parts of the existing waterproof sheet 5a and the waterproof sheet which is provided newly 5 are joined at predetermined lap width in parallel mutually.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a waterproofing sheet by inserting a plug body forming roughly the same surface as an outer peripheral surface of a segment in a grout hole in the case of installing the waterproofing sheet on an outer periphery of a shield tunnel. SOLUTION: A plug body 5 consists of a cylindrical body having a support plug and a screw pillar respectively on an upper end and a lower end, and in the case of perfectly screwing the screw pillar in a screw part of a grout hole 2, it is constituted in length where an upper end surface of the support plug is positioned roughly on the same surface as an outer surface of a segment 1. In case of constructing a shield tunnel, a waterproofing sheet 4 is installed on an outer periphery of a segment ring. Thereafter, the plug body 5 is perfectly screwed in the grout hole 2 of the segment 1, an upper end surface of the support plug is made roughly the same surface as an outside surface of the segment 1, and the upper end surface of the support plug is made contact with an inside surface of the waterproofing sheet 4. Consequently, the waterproofing sheet is supported on the upper end surface of the support plug, it can resist against water pressure from outside and it is possible to prevent breakage of the waterproofing sheet by water pressure.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the overall length of a shield excavator in comparison with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A device for laying a waterproof sheet includes an arm 4, and a swivel ring 3 adapted to be rotated so as to swivel the arm 4 attached thereto. When the arm attached thereto with an end part of a waterproof sheet is swiveled by the swivel ring 3, the waterproof sheet is cylindrically laid between the natural ground of an underground shaft excavated by the shield excavator and a segment. Meanwhile, the arm 4 can be removed anytime. An attachment flange 9 is fixed to a position in front of the rear end part of a shield jack tube 6 so as to support a shield jack, and then, the swivel ring 3 is arranged in a range between the rear end part of the shield jack tube 6 and the attaching flange 9. With this arrangement, when the shield jack is contracted by removing the arm 4, a shield jack rod 7 can be sufficiently retracted without being hindered by the swivel ring 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly close a grout hole of segments or the like forming a shield tunnel under normal conditions and easily open the grout hole when a grout is injected. SOLUTION: A grout hole 15 is formed through a segment 10 from the inner surface 11 to the outer surface 12 thereof, and a through portion 16a having a relatively small diameter is provided near the central portion of the hole 15 and an expanded portion 17 having a relatively large diameter is provided on the side of the outer surface 12. A cylindrical fitting part 21 having a relatively small diameter and a lid part 22 having a relatively large diameter are provided in a closing member 20, and a water sealing part 21a is provided around the fitting part 21. The closing member 20 is fitted into the through portion 16a from the outer surface 12 to bring the part 21a into close contact with the portion 16a. And the lid part 22 is inserted into the expanded portion 17 to close the hole 15 in such a manner that by pushing the lid part 22 from the side of the inner surface 11, the part 22 can be detached from the portion 17 to the side of the outer surface 12. An inside cap 25 is detachably mounted to the inner surface 11 of the hole 15.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the execution by installing a waterproof sheet in an overlapping manner on an existing waterproof sheet in a space provided on a cutting face side of an existing segment, and performing automatic welding. SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet installation device comprises a long stroke jack 1, a rod 2, an arm 3, a mobile welding machine 4, and a welding machine guide 5. During the face cutting, a turning ring 10 mounted on a ring girder 14 is turned to turn the arm 3, and a new waterproof sheet 8 held by the arm 3 is installed in an overlapping manner on the existing waterproof sheet 7 along the inner circumferential surface of a tail plate 9. Then, following the operation, the overlapped part of the sheets 7, 8 is hold by the welding machine 4, and the sheets 7, 8 are welded in a mobile condition. When the welding machine 4 is moved to an upper hemisphere part, the welding machine 4 and the sheets 7, 8 are prevented from being sagged by the welding machine guide 5 provided on a dead stroke part of the rod 2. Safe execution can be achieved parallel to the excavation, and the welding can be achieved with excellent accuracy.

Thus, the lapped parts (a) are joined. Substantially simultaneously with the joint of the lapped parts (a), the new waterproof sheet 9a is guided so as to allow the former to approach the latter by an axial guide piece 12a of a widthwise guide 12 which swivels together with the arm, and accordingly, the width of the lapped parts a of the waterproof sheets 9, 9a are set to a predetermined width.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance water stop capability by assembling a segment ring inside a newly arranged waterproof sheet after an axial directional edge part of the newly arranged waterproof sheet laid in a ring shape is joined to an existing waterproof sheet laid between a natural ground and the segment ring. SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet 100 composed of a sheet part 101 and a collar part 102 is wound round the outer periphery of a segment 110 set up in a ring shape, and a segment 110 constituting the next ring is assembled while fastening it by a bolt through a bolt hole 103. Next, a shielding machine is push-advanced, and a backfilling material is filled between the waterproof sheet 100 and a natural ground, and the waterproof sheet 100 is wound round the outer periphery of the segment 110. An edge part on the rear side of excavation propulsion of this sheet 100 is inserted between the precedently arranged waterproof sheet 100 and the outer periphery of the segment 110. Therefore, infiltration of water into an adjacent part from a waterproof sheet damaged part is not caused, and water does not leak from between segments of a place except the damaged part.
