    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a precast capital part and a bridge pier capital part that can considerably shorten a construction period. SOLUTION: The precast capital part 10 is composed of a lower floor slab 12, an upper floor slab 11 and a web 13, and the lower floor slab 12 is provided with an opening part 14 which bridge pier main reinforcements 22 projecting from the head part of the bridge pier 20 penetrate. Reinforcement joint implements 15, 16 are embedded in the opening part side face of the lower floor slab 12, and the web 13. While the bridge pier main reinforcements 22 penetrate the opening part 14, the precast capital part 10 is installed at a bridge pier 20. Main reinforcements 18 and lateral reinforcements 31 are connected to the reinforcement joint implements 15, 16 for assembly, and concrete 50 is placed to integrate the bridge pier 20 and the precast capital part 10.     • PURPOSE:To perform low-cost measurement by providing body being rotatable around a vertical shaft on each occasion of elevation by a unit height and horizontally irradiating with laser beams, a light receiver where a light receiving element to detect beams is located only in one spot, and a computer to record the height of a measuring unit at a moment when beams are inputted to the light receiver. CONSTITUTION:Light receivers 3 are installed in respective spots where height is continuously measured. However, since only one light receiving element 4 is used for the light receiver 3, even when the light receivers are arranged in a number of spots, this arrangement is not uneconomical. Even when a number of light receivers are located at an outdoor place where the light receiver is easily influenced by wind and air and temperature, maintenance is facilitated. A level measuring unit L is located in a position where the light receivers 3 can be surveyed, and a rise by an unit height and rotation are effected as laser beams are emitted. In which case, the rise and rotation are not effected simultaneously but the rise is stopped at intervals of a specified height and rotation is effected in subsequence to the rise. When beams are inputted to some element 4, a signal is brought into an ON-state and inputted to a computer 6 through a scanner 5.

    • PURPOSE:To apply force equally to a plurality of tension members by cutting off tension members forming a set of oblique cables in a specific length, marking marks on the ends at a certain distance, truing up these marks and anchoring anchors respectively. CONSTITUTION:(A) Tension members 1 of PC steel stranded wires are cut off in a specific length. (B) Positioning marks M are marked on specific positions of the ends. (C) Each of tension members 1 is allowed to penetrate anchor heads 2a. (D) After that, cones 2b are set on each of tension members 1 passing through an anchor head 2a of the (c) tower side, and at that time the marks M on all tension members 12 are trued up horizontally to anchor in the vicinity of the anchor head 2a. When Oblique cables (a) are erected to operate specific tensile force, distances among anchoring sections of a plurality of tension members 1 forming each set of obique cables are the same ones, so that the tensile force is applied equally to each of tension members 1.
