    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing efficiently a fiber reinforced cement composition of high quality reduced in a dispersion of a supply amount of fiber and dispersed uniformly with the fiber, in addition to dispensing with manual fiber relaxing work.
      SOLUTION: This manufacturing device of the present invention includes a kneader 5 for kneading cement, a fine aggregate, the fiber, a water reducing agent and water, and a fiber supply device 7 for supplying the fiber to the kneader 5. The fiber supply device 7 has a hopper 8 for reserving the fiber, a feeder 9 arranged in an under side of the hopper 8, a fiber relaxing part 10 arranged between the hopper 8 and the feeder 9, and an oscillation part for vibrating the hopper 8, the feeder 9 and the fiber relaxing part 10. The fiber relaxing part 10 is arranged with a plurality of rod-like bodies juxtaposed in parallel with a fixed pitch in two or more of stages along a vertical direction, while shifting positions of the rod-like bodies by 1/2 of pitch in every stage to make different the positions each other between the respective stages.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cementitious hardened article which is produced by secondary curing, which has ultrahigh strength and where the occurrence of color shading on its surface can be prevented.
      SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the cementitious hardened body comprises (A) a forming step of forming form an unhardened formed body by kneading a blended material containing at least cement, fine powders and water and having a water/cement ratio of 24 mass% or less and by pouring the kneaded blended material into a mold, (B) a primary curing step of primarily curing the unhardened formed body and obtain a hardened formed body and (C) a secondary curing step of preparing the cementitious hardened article by secondarily curing the hardened formed body after demolding. A part or the whole of the secondary curing step in the method is performed in carbon dioxide gas atmosphere having a carbon dioxide concentration of 0.1-10%.
