摘要： [Subject] Harmful substance such as dust, NOx, persistent organic pollutants, a volatile organic compound and CO in cement kiln combustion exhaust gas is removed efficiently, holding down facility cost and operating cost low. [Means for Solution] A combustion exhaust gas processing device 1 comprises: a dust collector 6 collecting dust in a cement kiln combustion exhaust gas G1; a wet dust collector 7 as a catalyst-poisoning-substance stripper removing a catalyst-poisoning substance from a combustion exhaust gas G2 which passed the dust collector 6; preheaters 10 and 11 heating beforehand a combustion exhaust gas G3 which passed the wet dust collector 7; and a catalyst device 12 from which NOx, a persistent organic pollutant, etc. in the preheated combustion exhaust gas, are removed. A titanium-vanadium catalyst etc. as an oxide catalyst is used upstream of the catalyst device 12, and a platinum catalyst etc. as a noble-metal catalyst downstream of the catalyst device 12. The temperature of the combustion exhaust gas after the catalyst-poisoning substance is removed is increased up to 140°C or more with the preheaters to prevent decline in denitration efficiency of and the decomposition efficiency of a volatile organic compound.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the cleaning performance of NOx when the NOx in the exhaust of an engine with a supercharger is reduced and removed within a reaction receptacle under the existence of ammonia, by conducting the flow control of ammonia on the basis of the measured values of an engine output, exhaust temperature and intake air humidity. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust cleaner A is provided with an intaken air compression supercharger 6 and a reaction receptacle 7 at the exhaust pipe 4 of an engine main body 1. Also, an ammonia container 12 is connected to an ammonia injection nozzle 8 provided at an exhaust gas flow passage 4a on the upper stream side of the supercharger 6 through an ammonia regulating valve 10 and an ammonia transport pipe 9 provided interveniently with an ammonia flow meter 11. In this instance, an output meter 2 or an output proportion signaler 2a, an exhaust temperature detector 5 and an intaken air humidity detector 13 are provided, and the total discharge quantity of NOx is calculated by means of an operator 14 on the basis of these outputs, and the quantity of ammonia to be supplied is determined by means of a ratio setter 15 on the basis of this calculation outcome, and the ammonia requlating valve 10 is controlled through an ammonia flow controller 16.

In order to insert this into a reactor 1, one formed to be a block shape in multi stages and multi-row is used, a catalyst fixing structure is composed of a fixing grid 7 as a catalyst fixing part, a movable grid 8 as a movable type catalyst fixing part and a grid pressing device and the catalysts 2a and 2b are held between both sides.
