    • A device for joining a first building element to a second building element has a bridge element that is in contact with the first and second building elements to connect the first and second building elements when in a working position, and a first element secured to the first building element by being embedded therein. The first element cooperates with the bridge element. An elastic sleeve is arranged between the first element and the first building element. The elastic sleeve has at least one internal groove, thereby forming at least one cavity between the elastic sleeve and the first element.

    • A building element includes an upper side, a lower side, at least one first lateral face, and at least one first end face, where the at least one lateral face is formed with a longitudinal lateral groove such that a longitudinal upper grove edge and a longitudinal lower groove edge are formed. The upper groove edge has a toothed shape. A building includes one or more load bearing elements, and a plurality of building elements connected to respective load bearing elements. A method of joining building elements and load bearing elements in a building includes providing the load bearing elements with a not-cast upper part, putting up the load bearing elements, arranging two or more double T building elements therewith, pulling the telescoping elements, and cast filling the joints between the building elements and the upper part of the load bearing elements such that a smooth surface is formed.

    • An earthquake-resistant building connection includes first and second structural elements lying a distance from each other, where the first element includes an outer side face that faces the second element. The first element includes at least one projecting member that projects from the outer side face of the first element into a cavity in the second element. The cavity is wider, higher and deeper than the member. The first element also includes an elastic component for absorbing forces and motions of an earthquake. The component has an outer surface that extends around the member and faces the second element, forming a fill area between the outer surface of the component and the second element and further between the member and the cavity. The fill area is filled such that forces and motions transferred between the first and second elements in the event of an earthquake are absorbed in the component.
