      SOLUTION: An arm rest 2 arranged on the indoor side of a vehicle door 1 is constituted of an attachable/detachable member (2). The member (2) comprises a light emission unit 21, an internal power source 27 for supplying the power to the light emission unit 21, and a switch 28 for opening/closing its power supply circuit, and is usable as a flashlight while being detached from fitting parts (13, 14) of the door 1. The member (2) has an external connector 25 connected to the internal power source 27 and the switch 28 in parallel. On the other hand, the fitting parts (13, 14) have a door side connector 15 connected to the external connector 25 while the member (2) is fitted. The door side connector 15 is connected to an on-vehicle power source 6 via a door switch 5 for detecting the opening/closing of the door 1, and the light emission unit 21 is lit while the door 1 is opened.
