摘要： A mobile communication system supporting an MBMS service includes a Node B having a plurality of transport channels and at least one UE communicating with the Node B. The Node B selects a transport channel for MBMS control information among a plurality of transport channels mapped to a secondary common control physical channel; transmits a system information block indicating the selected transport channel to a cell area where UEs are located, using a primary common control physical channel; and transmits the MBMS control information to the cell area using the selected transport channel. The UE receives a system information block indicating a transport channel selected to transmit MBMS control information among a plurality of transport channels mapped to a secondary common control physical channel, over a primary common control physical channel; receives the MBMS control information over the selected transport channel among the plurality of the transport channels, using the system information block; and receives the MBMS service using the MBMS control information.

摘要： An RNC determines parameters available for measurement of a synchronization signal and second Node B information from a second Node B, transmits the determined parameters to a first Node B during radio link setup and to a UE during radio bearer setup, and transmits parameter selection information to the first Node B and the UE, if it is recognized that measurement of the synchronization signal and the second Node B information is necessary. The first Node B changes a position of a downlink time period over which a downlink channel is transmitted from the first Node B to the UE and a position of an uplink time period over which an uplink channel is transmitted from the UE to the first Node B, according to parameters selected from the parameters. The UE receives the synchronization signal and the second Node B information in the remaining time periods except the changed downlink time period and the changed uplink time period among the plurality of time periods.

For the PoC service in the radio communication system supporting the BCAST service, a first terminal joining the PoC service through the BCAST service transmits user data for the PoC service over an uplink dedicated bearer, and the user data reach a PoC server, which controls the PoC service, over the uplink dedicated bearer. The PoC server transmits the user data to a BCAST server controlling the BCAST service and, from the BCAST service server, the user data reach plural second terminals joining the PoC service over a downlink shared bearer. In this way, radio resources can be efficiently used when the PoC service is performed in a random area, and an a BCAST service operator d a PoC service operator is provided.

摘要： A method for ciphering MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service) data in a wired/wireless communication system is provided. The MBMS service enables the same service or desired services to be provided to a number of users. In the ciphering method, a ciphering key for encoding MBMS data is previously provided to an authorized UE, and the authorized UE is informed of when MBMS data encoded using the ciphering key is to be transmitted, thereby preventing unauthorized UEs from illegally receiving the MBMS service.
