摘要： Provided are a dielectric composition and a ceramic electronic component including the same. The dielectric composition includes (a) barium titanate having a specific surface area of 2.5 m2/g to 6.0 m2/g; (b) a mixture containing at least one or more materials selected from the group consisting of any one oxide of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba and Zr, and any one carbide thereof; (c) oxide containing at least one or more materials selected from the group consisting of Sc, Y, La, Ac, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu; (d) oxide containing at least one or more material selected from the group consisting of Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, and Ni; (e) oxide containing at least one or more material selected from the group consisting of V, Nb, and Ta; and (f) oxide containing at least one or more material selected from the group consisting of Si and Al. The dielectric composition can satisfy X8R characteristic, can be sintered at a low temperature, and can obtain high reliability.

摘要： Disclosed are a system and a method for an indoor location determination using a matrix pencil. The system comprises a transmitter node that creates and transmits a transmission packet having a plurality of same symbols. A receiver node receives the transmission packet, calculates a delay time by using the symbols in the transmission packet and a matrix pencil algorithm, and calculates a distance between the transmitter node and the receiver node by using the delay time. The delay time estimation using the matrix pencil can reduce an error ratio and therefore can estimate more exactly the distance between the nodes.

摘要： A solar cell with improved energy efficiency is presented. The solar cell includes a substrate having a plurality of cell areas separated by a cell separation area, back electrodes spaced apart from each other by a gap, a light absorbing layer, a transparent electrode layer, and a buffer layer. Each of the back electrodes is disposed over neighboring cell areas and a cell separation area. The light absorbing layer is disposed on the back electrodes and in the gap to absorb incident light. A contact hole extends through the light absorbing layer to a portion of the back electrodes. The transparent electrode layer disposed on the light absorbing layer connects to the back electrodes through the contact hole. The buffer layer is disposed between the light absorbing layer and the transparent electrode layer to cover upper and side surfaces of the light absorbing layer.
