    • An organic light emitting diode display and a method of manufacturing the display, the organic light emitting diode display including: a substrate; a semiconductor layer formed on the substrate, having a channel region, a source region, and a drain region; a gate insulating layer covering the semiconductor layer; a gate electrode formed on the channel region; and an interlayer insulating layer covering the gate electrode. Source and drain electrodes are formed on the interlayer insulating layer, and are connected to the source and drain regions, respectively. A pixel electrode extends from the drain electrode, in the same plane as the source and drain electrodes. The source and drain electrodes each have a first conductive layer formed of a transparent conductive material, and a metallic second conductive layer formed on the first conductive layer. The pixel electrode is formed from the first conductive layer.

    • A test device for a display panel and a method of testing the same are provided. The test device for a display panel includes a luminance measurement unit that measures a luminance value of a display panel including a plurality of pixels, and a controller that determines a voltage value of a data signal corresponding to a target luminance value, receives a measured luminance value of a pixel to which the data signal is supplied from the luminance measurement unit from among the plurality of pixels, compares the measured luminance value and the target luminance value, and outputs a control signal that changes a first power source voltage value supplied from a power source voltage supply unit to the pixel until the measured luminance value does not coincide with the target luminance value.

    • A flat panel display device has a conductive layer formed between a substrate and a polarization plate to prevent static electricity from appearing between the substrate and the polarization plate, thereby improving screen display quality. The flat panel display device includes: a flat display panel including a substrate having an image display unit, a display element arranged on the image display unit of the substrate, and a sealing unit for sealing the display element; a polarization member arranged on at least one of the substrate and the sealing unit; and a shielding member arranged at a portion that does not correspond to the image display unit of the substrate in order to prevent the appearance of static electricity between the substrate and the polarization member.
