    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open rack type vaporization device (ORV1) which secures vaporization performance by preventing drift and furthermore enables an installation space therefor to be saved.SOLUTION: The open rack type vaporization device includes at least a pair of heat exchanging panels 2 facing against opposite directions crossing at a right angle with an arranging direction of heat transfer tubes 21 and heating medium supplying means 3 for supplying the heating medium to each of the heat exchanging panels. The heating medium supplying means includes a distribution pipe 4 arranged at an upper position than that of the heat exchanging panels and extending in an arranging direction and an allocation plate 5 arranged between a pair of heat exchanging panels and extending in an arranging direction. The distribution pipe flows down the heating medium toward the allocation plate while distributing it toward the arranging direction, the allocation plate allocates the heating medium flowing down from the distribution pipe to an opposite direction to supply the heating medium to the surface of each of the upper ends of the heat exchanging panels.
