    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable which can be divided easily accoring to a predetermined number of flat conductors and of which the divided flat cable can be fixed easily with connectors etc. and provide a manufacturing method of the above flat cable. SOLUTION: A plurality of flat conductors 11 are arranged with a clearance G two times of a margin M and a notch 13 is provided at an intermediate point of neighboring flat conductors 11, and even if the flat cable 10 is divided at any notch 13, all of flat cables 10 always have the same margin M. Therefore, flat cables 10 including a predetermined number of conductors 11 of different kinds can be manufactured in a single extrusion and an operation efficiency can be improved, and also a number of dies 25 necessary for manufacturing a plurality of kinds of flat cables 10 can be reduced to lower a cost of dies 25. Since a position of the flat conductors 11 is constant at a time of fixing connectors and not necessary for any adjustment and a fixing operation becomes easy, an operation time can be shortened. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar antenna improved in antenna gain and sufficient in sticking workability.
SOLUTION: A bonding layer 12 is arranged on one surface of a resin film 11 having electric insulation. A metal rectangular conductor 13 is wired and stuck to the bonding layer 12 as an antenna conductor. A connection part 19 which can be connected to a feeding side connector 18 fitted to a feeding coaxial cable 17 is arranged on one end of the antenna conductor. Since the metal rectangular conductor 13 is stuck to the bonding layer 12 and is wired, productivity can be improved. Since the metal rectangular conductor 13 has width of a certain degree, a rate that the antenna conductor in the resin film 11 occupies becomes large, and the antenna gain can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for a flat cable or flexible circuit and an electronic component allowing increase of the number of conductors while preventing shorting between the conductors and enlargement of a connector. SOLUTION: Since two flat cable body parts 11U and 11L are provided in lapped states and a conductor exposed part 74 provided in an end part of each flat cable body part 11U and 11L is arranged in a state deviated in a longitudinal direction of the flat cable 10, even when intervals between the conductors 71 are small in the each flat cable body part 11U and 11L, an interval between terminals of the connector 75 connected to the conductor exposed parts 74 can be secured. By laminating flexible circuit parts 21 and 22 and connecting them to the connector 25, a highly dense conductor connection can be realized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a lead which can prevent sufficiently for a long period peeling of an insulative body from a lead conductor for a positive electrode.
SOLUTION: In the lead 18a for a positive electrode provided with a lead conductor 19a for a positive electrode and an insulator 21a coating a part of the lead conductor 19a for the positive electrode, the lead conductor 19a for the positive electrode is composed of an aluminum portion 50 with an aluminum purity of 97% or higher and an oxidized coating film 52 including an aluminum oxide formed on a surface of the aluminum portion 50, and a thickness of the oxidized coating film 52 is 50 to 1000 nm. In this case, when the lead is used for a power storing device 10 provided with a nonaqueous electrolyte medium 20 containing a fluorine compound and even if a bonding of the conductor 19a for the positive electrode with the insulator 21a is incomplete, peeling of the insulator 21a from the lead conductor 19a for the positive electrode can be prevented sufficiently, and a conductivity of the surface of the lead conductor for the positive electrode can be maintained for a long period.
